I knew what type of tow bar I wanted but wasn’t sure about electrics, all the information I needed was provided and explained, the whole process was very smooth and easy, the staff are very friendly and it was a great experience! Would definitely recommend the tow bar group

Good price, excellent fitting and friendly helpful staff. If I were being picky I’d say they could have improved by letting me know the time the fitter was due to arrive - but really that was 1% off the 100% service. No hesitation in recommending them.

i had a fixed flange towbar fitted onto my kia sportage 2022 model, despite making several phone calls and emailing the towbar group to ensure that they had all the right details for my vehicle, as it was apparently a cross over year for the new model. i need not have worried at all as these guys knew what the vehicle required, and had it all done in less than a day. the towbar fits well and looks good in keeping with the vehicle profile and despite this being a fixed flange towbar it does not interfere with the reversing sensors. would highly recommend the towbar group if you are considering a purchase.

Had a removable tow bar fitted to my A4 today, booking was super simple and the engineer arrived spot on time and carried out the work perfectly. Would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars! Thank you!
