Had a towbar fitted 2 days ago. I wish all companies were as easy to deal with from the girls in the office to the guy fitting the towbar. Such a pleasant change. Will definitely recommend. Thanks for the great service.

Great communication, easy to talk to, very good responding on e mail, fitting was great, no dramas from start to finish. Good customer care and a nice bunch of people to deal with .

Really helpful staff. Helped us with a power-to-tow-bar issue and tried to help us over the phone to try to avoid a call-out charge for us, a charity. Can't recommend this company enough.

Our Tow bar was fitted by Conner . He fitted our tow bar in the rain and did excellent job . Tidy and told us were the fuse box was . Very polite lad. Also lovely young lady on the phone when we rang up . Very helpful.

From making the enquiry to fitting the experience was flawless.
I made the enquiry and found the booking process very easy and the communication was prompt and efficient. Once booking was confirmed I paid the deposit and had confirmation of installation date and the gentleman arrived on time and spent a good few hours fitting the tow bar and then explained how it worked to detach and lock it in place, the service from start to finish has been excellent and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a fitting. I could have it done at my local place of work or my home address. The gentleman who fitted the bar was responsible and respectful of my car and polite I would give this a definite 5 star on service booking and fitting!!!

Easy to arrange, service delivered to a high standard, very personable staff from booking to fitting.

Excellent communication when ordering and the fitting was carried out at my home in just over 2 hours with minimum fuss. The towbar was expertly fitted by Gareth with a complete demonstration on its usage (fitting & removing) and the location of the fuses if ever needed. The electrical socket is neatly hiding behind the bumper, which, when not fitted, one would not even think a towbar was fitted.

Excellent fitting of a different towbar. Arrived/completed on time. Very thorough and efficient job by the fitter and very well executed. Excellent from the day I enquired to the day the fitting was undertaken. Easy to arrange at home fitting, completion and payment. Very pleased I chose this company to do the fitting.

Excellent customer service from the initial call to the completed installation. The admin process was second to none with the initial contact extremely efficient, the call taker was very knowledgeable about all products and so the right solution, a dedicated type towbar to preserve the car warranty, was quickly found. Installation at home was convenient and the installer very competent, carful with the car, and again, knowledgeable which gave me confidence in the work to be done.

I recently had a tow bar fitted by The Towbar Group Ltd at my home. The process of getting a quote and arranging an installation date was very easy. The fitter arrived on time and was proffessional and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone needing a tow bar.

I recently had a detachable swan neck towbar fitted together with 13 pin socket and dedicated electrics on our BMW X1.
Excellent customer service provided by Elisha, answering all of my questions and made the booking a smooth and simple process.
Gareth, their engineer arrived on time and got straight to work, hassle free. Gareth gave a friendly and extremely knowledgeable service together with a high standard of work, he also explained everything to me at the end of the job and how best to look after the towbar to keep it in good condition.
I highly recommend the Kings Lynn team to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a tow bar fitted before Christmas and The Towbar Group were great. The office team were very patient answering my initial queries via email and on the phone. Fitting was arranged for the following week and the fitter arrived on time and had the tow bar fitted and fully wired (to my Audi Avant) in just under 2 hours then another 20 mins or so to sort the coding so that the car reacts correctly when towing (inhibits rear parking sensors, stops remote tailgate release, display icon in MMI, adjust ABS). On top of this the price was excellent too. Many thanks

We were on the last day of a getaway in our caravan when we went to hitch up we had no power from our 13 pin plug (electrics,breaks anti snake etc)
Being a Sunday no where could help or were open.
I called the tow bar group first thing in the morning they said to bring it straight in.

When I arrived and explained to one of there techs the situation it was a simple fix and was back on the road within 15 minutes.

Very professional company and can not thank them enough!

Could not want a better service, turned up on time and did what it said on the tin, Well done
