I recently had a tow bar fitted by The Towbar Group Ltd at my home. The process of getting a quote and arranging an installation date was very easy. The fitter arrived on time and was proffessional and friendly. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them to anyone needing a tow bar.

I recently had a detachable swan neck towbar fitted together with 13 pin socket and dedicated electrics on our BMW X1.
Excellent customer service provided by Elisha, answering all of my questions and made the booking a smooth and simple process.
Gareth, their engineer arrived on time and got straight to work, hassle free. Gareth gave a friendly and extremely knowledgeable service together with a high standard of work, he also explained everything to me at the end of the job and how best to look after the towbar to keep it in good condition.
I highly recommend the Kings Lynn team to anybody and will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a tow bar fitted before Christmas and The Towbar Group were great. The office team were very patient answering my initial queries via email and on the phone. Fitting was arranged for the following week and the fitter arrived on time and had the tow bar fitted and fully wired (to my Audi Avant) in just under 2 hours then another 20 mins or so to sort the coding so that the car reacts correctly when towing (inhibits rear parking sensors, stops remote tailgate release, display icon in MMI, adjust ABS). On top of this the price was excellent too. Many thanks

We were on the last day of a getaway in our caravan when we went to hitch up we had no power from our 13 pin plug (electrics,breaks anti snake etc)
Being a Sunday no where could help or were open.
I called the tow bar group first thing in the morning they said to bring it straight in.

When I arrived and explained to one of there techs the situation it was a simple fix and was back on the road within 15 minutes.

Very professional company and can not thank them enough!

Most competitive quote by some margin 3, fitter was very punctual and just got on with the job 4, fitter was very informative about the tow bar, fitting etc 5, job completed within 3 hours with no fuss. The Towbar group were absolutely amazing when fitting my towbar. First installation messed up my parking sensors and Jon and the team were so responsive and tried their best to resolve the problem and came out a few times to see try something else. It was a fault with the towbar unit itself and it was replaced. Really great service!!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to get a towbar fitted.

From start to finish The Towbar Group have been brilliant, from 1st checking if my car could have one to then booking me in.
The best thing was they came to my house and fitted it on my driveway, the fitter was on time and did a fantastic job.

Every person we have spoken to or dealt with from this company has been efficient and friendly. Our initial contact was dealt with speedily and our car booked in to exchange a 7-pin electrical connector for the 13-pin sort on our newly purchased Vauxhall. The fitter was courteous and made the exchange without any problem or fuss. The lady in the office was incredibly helpful in moving our appointment forward, as we'd requested if they could. Also she was very helpful in sourcing replacement keys as we thought we hadn't got keys for the detachable tow bar. We can't fault this company and would definitely use them again.

Never had a tow bar fitted so wasn't sure how it worked. The Towbar group were very informative and helpful. Connor was very patient and professional as I was frequently looking over his shoulder, being inquisitive, and with care fitted the tow Bar.
The office was helpful and always nice on the phone.

This company is clearly efficiently run
They are competitive price wise. But they are also helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
Whilst service standards have definitely declined over the last decade, this company has bucked the trend. They gave me a realistic date to do the work. I'd picked the busiest time but didn't over promise.
The fitter arrived on time at my house. He was polite and cracked on with the job. Finished in just over 2 hours.
The towbar affected the car sensor. Which they had pre warned might happen. Immediately they offered possible solutions and also offered a date for the issue to be resolved. A 20 minute visit for an adjustment and problem solved.
I have no hesitation I recommending this company on every level

Fitter arrived early and competed the job in just over an hour and a half. Really pleased. Staff really helpful on phone and very responsive to queries via email.
