Highly recommend, from the first call into the office to installation of a dash cam into an electric car, was professional and I was kept well informed.

Bronny was very efficient in handling my complicated car electrics issue - linked to water ingress in my car, resulting in a damaged towbar harness/ module failure. The resolution was worked through with Jon and my car garage successfully, a new harness was installed and my car is all sorted!
Super team, no hesitation on returning should I need to in the future.

Where do I start? The quote and booking were competitive. Bronny was absolutely fantastic. Mac turned up bang on time, polite, knowledgable and very thorough. I had an issue with the electrics kit that I’d supplied, and Mac had it sorted out in no time. All I can say is the whole experience was first class from start to finish. I wish I could give them 10 stars. I will certainly be recommending them to all my friends. Thank you all.

Just had my second Tow Bar fitted at the Towbar Group, and their work is second to none on both occasions. Jon, Bronny and the team were very friendly and helpful, and even when there was a minor problem, worked wonders to complete the job.

Only drawback, being excellent at their job, they do sometimes have a wait before they can fit you in, but in my opinion it is well worth waiting to get the job done by the right people.

It was a hassle free experience having my tow bar fitted and the service and advice I received was second to none!!

Superb company.
Fitter was super friendly and professional ensuring that I was happy before departure. Supplier supplied incorrect tow bar before fitting ( not the Tow bar groups fault) Tow Bar Group fitted temp tow bar ensuring that we could go away as planned, this was without us even having to push for this as was all done on their own accord. We didn’t even have to pay until the correct one was fitted. I will alway champion this company as it is nice for a company to to go above and beyond for your custom. Thank you so much

Really pleased with our new tow bar. Excellent customer service. I believe it was Mac that came out to fit the tow bar at my workplace. He was so friendly, helpful and he did a marvellous job. He tidied everything up afterwards, and it all looked so neat! I thoroughly recommend this company
