The Little Botanical Anmeldelser

I ordered the fern terrarium and the little terrarium and they both look amazing! I was a little worried about the plants getting damaged in the post but they were so well packaged, they arrived in perfect nick. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely be ordering from The Little Botanical again!

This is a great company run by good people. There was an issue with the supplier and the item I ordered wasn’t available. They called and emailed to make me aware and then shipped an upgraded product for next day delivery. Package arrived with no damage and perfectly on time.

I ordered a Peperomia Obtusifolia &- Grey textured pot it arrived via DPD in a couple of days. The plant was in good condition and the packaging ensured complete protection. I am very happy with this plant and the delivery service.

Easy to order, & kept informed of delivery.
Also well packaged - arrived safely & in good condition

I ordered an orchid as a gift. It arrived within a couple of days and looked exactly like the image on the website. Beautiful!

Brilliant service from The Little Botanical. Plants and pots arrived today, extremely well packed and in very good condition. Very pleased with the whole experience from using and ordering via the website, which was very easy, through to prompt delivery

I have had two items from this company and they were both packed beautifully. The second item which I got today which was beautiful and well packed. I I would recommend this family business to everybody in the in the UK, get some plants in your room and make it look beautiful thank you

Beautiful unusual unique plant and choice of plant pots. I have a double Hoya Kerrii that was a gift bought for me from yourselves by my son when he got his first flat and left home. I decided to buy 3 single Hoya Kerrii plants as gifts to give to other family members and I couldn't be more pleased with them. Now the joy is spread.

Another beautiful delivery!
Had to order again after the first order (for an office space) had to stay home for a few weeks and my partner felt sad by the thought of them leaving...we need more greenery. I did not disagree!
Plants are of awesome quality (having ordered from elsewhere before...awesome from TLB!), Packaged really well, the pots are of great quality and work out better value than buying separately/from elsewhere.

Beautiful plants easy to order and safely packaged .Delivered on time as promised. If you need that special plant or a special gift this is the company to use.

Bought a double heart plant for our 9th wedding anniversary as it was "pottery".
All went well arrived on time and i gifted into my wife. When she opened it I noticed the front heart was a different colour than the back one, yellowish not green and healthy. Over the next week it turned more yellow then brown. I then contacted little botanical whom only got back to me once I messaged on Facebook and Instagram some 4 days later! I sent pictures of when it arrived and different stages along the way. Roll forward 3 weeks still haven't had any resolution or proper contact.

My plant was delivered on time. It was well packed and protected. The little ivy plant was beautiful and looked very healthy. Both the plant and the pot are perfect in my new bathroom.
I am very pleased with the whole process. Thank you.

Ordered a couple of gifts, which were delivered quickly. There was an issue with one item on delivery. Contacted the company and got the best customer service, and resolved the situation straight away. I will definitely use again as a result.
