The Little Botanical Anmeldelser

When in West Sussex we have purchased plants in this lovely shop. Living in the north now they were my go-to for a little something special for my daughter who very recently lost her dog. Chocolate bought as well! It arrived very quickly, beautifully packaged and I’m very pleased with everything as I know she will be. Thank you - always reliable good quality plants/service.

I have never dealt with this company previously but they had a Jungle Orchid which, from the advert, looked extremely good. I decided to take a chance and order one for our living room.
Communication was excellent and I awaited delivery of the plant with a little trepidation, having had a couple of bad experiences when buying plants from online suppliers.
Delivery arrived exactly on time by DPD and the calibre of the packaging was outstanding. It had obviously been packed by someone who really cares about their products, very securely boxed with plenty of packing to ensure a safe and sound delivery.
On opening the box, the plant was in first class condition and looked beautiful. It looks absolute brilliant in my living room and I am 101% delighted with the whole transaction and end result.
I should say that I have no affiliation with this company other than as an extremely satisfied customer.
I have no hesitation in highly recommending them and only wish that they offered other "everyday" type plants for the garden.
WELL DONE and thank you !

I would highly recommend this company.

This was a birthday present for my daughter. It looks better in real life than the photo and she was really pleased with it.
I would use this,company again.

Easy to follow website, plant sizes and plant information. 1st time of ordering and I'm more than delighted! The plants are gorgeous and healthy, the pots they arrived in far exceeded my expectations and the delivery was quick. I'll definitely be buying again...soon!

The plant I ordered as a gift arrived very quickly and it was in excellent condition, so thank you.

I ordered a herb pack, they arrived very quickly and very well packed. The plants are larger than I thought and in excellent condition! I can’t rate this company high enough, absolutely fantastic service and plants! Thank you.

I ordered a gorgeous botanical little world inside a bowl, it's such lovely gift to give someone who has just moved in next door. Arrived promptly and needed very minimal rearranging.

I ordered some beautiful chrysanthemum and I am over the moons with them. They are in super good shape something that can be worrying when ordering plants online. They were really well wrapped and there was absolutely no damaged to them. I am very pleased and the delivery was quick. I highly recommend this family owned business.

Great experience I initially saw the products in John Lewis but they did have the size I wanted in stock so I ordered directly from the website with a discount which was a bonus. My terrarium arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition. Very pleased with my new purchased and everyone has commented on it already

First time ordering from this company. Quick delivery, very well packaged no loose soil everywhere like another company i ordered from and to see the plant on opening it was a real pleasure. It is big and lush and has some flowers on it. I have ordered from Patch, Happy houseplants and beards and daisies and although they were all good this was outstanding . Will definitely order from this company again.

Arrived in good condition and all 3 plants have now grown exponentially and are thriving

First time ordering from this business and I must say the plants I ordered are absolutely gorgeous x well packaged, quick delivery and well worth the money . I would highly recommend

Excellent service , beautiful plants, well packed, received in perfect condition, Will definitely buy again

Yet another large teranium purchased and excellent service again, I was 15 mins past the order cut off time and the very nice packing team went the extra mile to get my delivery to me within 25 hours.
So many businesses could really learn a lot from their can do and positive energy .

The plant was received with great joy for my
friend.
A sure fire first class gift.

The plants are great. My order arrived immaculately packaged delivered by DPD who must have obeyed the labels as everything was in top condition. Will definitely be returning to your company in the future for more plants 😊

Lovely customer service. Really appreciated their help

Beautiful large plant bought from the Little Botanical. It arrived very well packed and secure and I had to nothing but unpack and pop it in the lovely basket it was partnered with

Fast delivery and extremely well packaged, it's now up to me to keep my dwarf umbrella tree in the same beautiful condition as it was delivered in. Highly recommended.

Only received part of my order, no explanation as to why, emailed them about it but responses are extremely slow, not sure when or if I will receive the rest of it.
Not a good experience so far
