The Little Botanical Anmeldelser

Ordered Dracaena Lemon & Lime over the Bank Holiday weekend. Order dealt with on the following Tuesday and delivered Wednesday morning! Exemplary service.
Wonderful plant so wife was very pleased with retirement gift.
Only slight problem, whoever wrote my gift message missed out the word ‘love’.
Thank you very much Little Botanical, very pleased with the superb plant and your service. Well recommended and will certainly use you again.

Came on time. Happy healthy plants beautifully packed.

We have just moved into a new house so every room needed a plant to brighten the space. I’m so glad we chose The Little Botanical.
Everything arrived within 24 hours of ordering.

The plants were beautifully wrapped to protect them and are in wonderful condition. They look absolutely gorgeous :)

Stumbled across this little gem today..I have nothing but praise for the assistant in the shop, she was helpful, enthusiastic and a great asset to your company.
Purchased two plants both of which I am extremely pleased with..also enquired about the herb outdoor wall which was fabulous..assistant (and im sorry i didnt catch her name) gave us lots of information regarding this product and was helpful without being pushy.
Definitely not my last visit..and now thinking about the possibility of the herb planter. 100% recommend the Little Botanical

This was a gift as a condolence for a lovely lady who loved her orchids. Thank you

Lovely plants.
One was packed upside down (opposite direction to arrow printed on outside of box) but has recovered.
Let down by DPD regarding delivery which arrived 24 hours after original stated delivery time.

I sent an email and pictures for help on my Chinese Money tree that was gifted to me. I am very thankful for the email with lots of information for me to help my plant. Reassuring me I can help my plant survive! Thank you for the support and great communication!

FIRST TIME BUYING INDOOR PLANTS ONLINE AND LITTLE BOTANICAL WAS THE PLACE TO GO , WONDERFUL PLANTS, SO HEALTHY AND PACKAGED WITH GREAT CARE , A 1 HOUR DELIVERY SLOT AS WELL FROM THE COURIER, COULD NOT HAVE CHOSEN BETTER, 5 STAR EXPERIENCE

My plants came, just as promised. I was kept up to date with the slight delay due to the effects of the heatwave on the orchid I ordered and had a really nice email chat with the company.
The personal touch makes a big difference. The plants are beautiful. I'll be back!

Large Yukka ordered with grey ceramic pot, arrived as given on confirmation order in pretty fast time, packaged beautifully, top quality plant looks divine in my living room. Will certainly use this company again, thank you x

Absolutely delighted with my order! The plants arrived in perfect condition – healthy, vibrant, and clearly packed with a lot of care. You can really tell the team takes pride in what they do. The wrapping was thoughtful and secure, with everything carefully protected to make sure it got to me safely. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again – highly recommend!

I received my first order from The Little Botanical today and I am so happy with my order. Beautiful healthy plants, well packaged and amazing value. I look forward to purchasing again in the future for all my plant needs.

Beautiful medium terrarium well packed and received on time.

Ordered a birthday gift for a friend. Delivery was quick and the plant was better than I expected. My friend thought it was beautiful. Great experience!

Plant arrived within 3 working days, very pleased about that. Safe and strong packaging. Beautiful plant, same as in the picture. Highly recommend this company.

So pleased with my jungle orchid - I requested a yellow one, and two days later I have it - and a very healthy plant it looks. Very well packaged as well

Though the plants looked good and on time the customer service is NIL.
Failed to reply to chat, emails and phone calls. No message card which was very important for this delivery and didn’t take 15% discount off for first order. I got acknowledgments but no reply/answers

Plants delivered very quickly and extremely well packaged. As they have only just arrived can’t comment on their longevity but they appear healthy at this point and are much better quality and were better packaged then ones I bought from another online company.

Will order from them again.

Only slight negative, I didn’t get a dispatch update until the day the parcel was due to be delivered which didn’t allow me to plan to be around to take the parcel in.
