Suzanne Smith was very reassuring and patient. I missed my flight, and was hoping to rebook for the next day. She took care of it all carefully and fully for which I am very grateful.

I appreciated Mr. Freddy Smith. He was very knowledgeable, answer my questions as he explained information to me and he was very courtesy plus he had patience. He made me feel welcome. I can tell that he also has good customer service skills.

Ronin was very helpful assisting me with a change in my daughter's return flight (which was rescheduled automatically to a different time due to flight schedules). No change fee was charged.

On 528/2024 i called the help desk at SW AIR BECAUSE I WAS HAVING TROUBLE SEEING MY RESERVATION. FREDDY SMITH HELPED ME AND HE HAD FOUND OUT MY TICKETS HAD BEEN CANCELLED. FREDDY GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS OF WHAT COULD BE DONE. HECWAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFULL THROUGHT THIS PROCESS. ALL OF YOUR EMOYEES SHOULD BE THIS GREAT.

I stumbled on PCM quite by accident, browsing through a copy of our local Yellow Pages. I needed to find the least expensive flights possible, involving a very challenging, international itinerary, with very little room for flexibility. Fortunately for me, an agent by the name of HECTOR BANKS took my call...I must say that Hector went 'above and beyond the call of duty' in how he helped me to find the flights that i needed. Kind, understanding and patient beyond what I would have expected, he was, at the same time, thoroughly professional! He treated me LIKE A HUMAN BEING -- in both senses -- not only in how he respectfully acknowledged MY situation and MY needs throughout the call, but also in the ways HE showed HIMSELF to be a caring, concerned, helpful person who truly wanted to do right by others. . . . I don't know what my final decision will be with this particular itinerary, but I can assure you of one thing: Every time, from now on, that I engage in any kind of airline travel, whether domestic or international, I will be making PCM Travels my agency of choice and Hector Banks my specific travel agent. Besides that, I have a number of friends who also fly frequently (to attend events conducted by a teacher we study with), and I plan to recommend your agency (and Hector in particular!), because I know firsthand that all of us will get the best service available! So, thank you, PCM, and a warm, heartfelt thanks to Hector Banks!

Whilbot was so professional, so efficient, he got me a e-ticket last minute. I wanted to purchase a ticket for the next day, and he made it happen! He even helped me to check in. Great Service, if you need someone to really help you, he's your guy! Thank you

Thor was very nice and respectful. He also was thorough. He got back to me when he said he would.
Everything was moving foward until I hadn't received my reservation or my confirmation code and it was already paid for.
I finally got my reservation but no confirmation code. So at that point I'm in panic mode thinking I was scammed. No way to check w/ frontier and get a live person was a total nightmare. Plus u needed a confirmation code to even check to see if you had a flight. So all not worried I had been scammed, Thor called me the next day providing me w/ the confirmation code
Now I could relax and I was grateful that he was honest and he came thru.

I called this evening to attempt to change my seating reservations, as I had completely made a large error when I booked myself and two really good friends for a big vacation. This very nice customer service representative was very helpful, and just a nice person. Her name is Bella. Her kindness and great customer service was refreshing. My request to her was tad ridiculous, but she went out of her way to help me. This one phone call changed my way thinking about calling airline reservations in the future.

Bella is amazing. She has been a great help for my flight’s rescheduling. I can’t thank her enough.

They was able to get me a good deal on my trip

Working with Travel Consultant, Onyx VanDyke, was a great experience. He was polite, very professional, and kind. He listened to my issue and worked to get it resolved. Given his input we will definitely book with Deltal again.

Im never booking a flight here ever again because I had booked a flight and paid for it, when I was about to board they had me waiting day and night just for the attendants to tell me I hadn't paid for my flight. When I was booking they took the money out of my account but then said I never paid for it was crazy. I have been trying to contact the ******** Airlines to try for a refund but then they said that I couldn't get a refund because I had already paid and it wasnt refundable. Then someone told me I could get my money back after 6 days and 6 days have already passed. But the thing is that to them "I never paid anything" even though they took money from my account. They are the worst ever.

Thor. i had a really good experience with the call and all the questions that i had and worries. My english is not the best sometimes and he still understood, and work around the pronunciation and the details os the flight, so in general it was great experience.
