We were having trouble with the website getting what we needed…so we called and talked with Haskel. He was extremely helpful in booking our flights and answering all our questions. We are looking forward to a wonderful trip now in March.

Haskel provided exceptional service pointing us in the right direction with a refund due to a flight cancellation over the Christmas holidays! He was polite, knowledgeable and patient, all exceptional qualities in customer service.

We have been gratefully help by an Agent through the process of getting a refund and cancellation on our ticket. Unfortunately less than 24 hours after purchasing the ticket, I became sick and could not make the flight.

Needed to change a booked Delta flight. Delta assigns their customer service to this company. It was difficult to understand the agent. He made a couple mistakes. We wanted the change to be exactly like the 1 we canceled which would be delta confort+ ... he booked comfort. I had to go in later and correct. Now he says he forgot to send a confirmation email... I'm hesitant to comply...as after I gave him our credit card number... within 4 days it was hacked and hundreds of dollar's were charged. Suspicious.

The site was fairly easy to maneuver through. But what really made the experience better was the agent Mr.Abby Ford. Mr.Abby walked me through each step of the process with precision and patience. Making sure each step was understandable which made me comfortable with each decision that he made. He was also respectful and courteous throughout the entire time. Haskel helped my daughter get a refund because she put in the wrong date We felt he went out of his way to help us. He had to call the hotel and get the confirmation to do the refund. He made our experience enjoyable.
I had another issue on 7/21. I called and was hung up on 2 times. I called back and talked to Lenny. Lenny guided me through the process and stayed on the phone until everything was resolved. He had so much patience with me.
Both gentlemen were just Awsome and made our experience pleasant.
