I have often visited this store and have always found the service was excellent. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. I am a home sewer and I always find their professional advice helpful. Always a warm welcome and I would highly recommend this store.

We received delivery of our new Suite of furniture this week from The Curtain Store At Home. The Product was of excellent quality. The sales staff, Ian and Steven were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We found the delivery guys very friendly, prompt and efficient. We would highly recommend this store.

I wanted to return a duvet cover and I have tried phoning twice and sent 3 emails but no response

Love my curtains made to measure by The Curtain Store at Home. After having a few problems with ordering on their website Paul came to the rescue and took me through the process step by step. Once ordered communications kept me updated and the curtains arrived promptly. Will use this company again and will recommend to friends and family.

Curtains came with an uneven hem,lining showing,sent you email to advise with pictures,up to now no response.would a like a reply by end of the week or feel I should put a negative review on your website

I ordered from the company but I received the wrong colour of curtains, I emailed about this and within 15 minutes had a reply with an apology, a returns label and the promise that the correct colour of curtains would be sent to me. Within days these arrived and I was very happy with them. I was keep informed at all times. The customer service from Paul was excellent. Would definitely buy from them again.

The choice of curtains was really good they arrived quickly and the quality was excellent a very good Web site would highly recommend.

Customer service was great. I love the fact that you include the sample lining.

I made the mistake of not checking the colour in electric light but one call cancelled the order and the refund was a well expedited process.

I have looked at some more samples and am about to order having checked in every light possible!

I found 4 fabrics on the website and ordered samples, I waited and waited then decided to phone them, spoke to Paul and he sent them, lovely fabrics so chose 1 , apparently you only get sale price if you order 10 MTRS which didn't show on the website as I only needed 8 MTRS , was not impressed but decided to go ahead and order 10 MTRS. Again I waited for delivery over a week but no fabric
I phoned again and spoke to Paul who was very helpful and explained that they didn't have 10 MTRS to sell!!!
What a joke they took my payment when I ordered!!! and noone phoned to tell me they hadn't got the fabric.
I choose a different fabric and it took another week to arrive.
Curtains now made and are lovely but what a performance to get a few MTRS of curtaining.
In future I will definitely look elsewhere, the company is chaotic to say the least .

Excellent,choice and delivery

Ordered 3 samples 19/3/24. One sample was completely wrong and I'm still waiting for the correct sample to arrive 3/4/24.

Awful shop staff so unhelpful and rude and awful old fashioned selection of curtains. Wouldn’t recommend
