My son loves it i would be ordering again it came on time its was gd i liked the cake

We ordered a Fortnite cake for my son — it arrived on time, securely packaged with ice packs (which was brilliant given the heat). It looked fantastic and tasted even better! Highly recommended - Thank you

Arrived beautifully, arrived when it was supposed to. Will use these guys again - thank you.

Ordered a Spider-Man cake for my son’s 5th birthday, was meant to have his name on it, arrived on Friday 23rd May and is nothing what was pictured on their site. Piping work for the webbing was fallen off, his name was completely missing all that was stuck on was an M not even a case of the letters falling off as they weren’t in the box. The cake itself was very dry when we cut into it and ate it the next day. Was offered a 10% refund on the 23rd May and then 20% refund on the 29th May still yet to see any money back, even though was told it would take 3 working days to process. Definitely wouldn’t recommend, was my first and last time using this company.

I did feel a bit apprehensive as the order process seemed a bit impersonal. I sent a photograph of the cake I wanted and paid as directed. The communication was via what’s app. However, on the day /time agreed my cake arrived and it was perfect! Every detail was as per the picture ( a Victoria Secret cake). It was for my Grandaughters birthday. It was a huge success!thank you Cake Daddy. You did a great job!

Needed a last minute cake for my daughter's 6th birthday and was very apprehensive about ordering from an online bakery but the cake arrived in fabulous condition. It was packaged very well (too well in fact - it took me ages to open the box 🤣) and actually looked like the online photo. There was more than enough to go around (almost 30 children) with plenty of leftovers. It tasted as good as it looked too. Thank you ☺️

Excellent all around. Fast delivery, packaged perfectly, really well protected. Cake looks amazing, brilliant

Had to call up a couple times regarding delivery asked for it to be delivered to my workplace but had still not arrived at the end of the day… sent specific info regarding delivery had no response from my emails pre- delivery to check they had received info. The cake was nice, although when I got it the macaroons on the doir cake looked disheveled , one had fallen out of its position and a small piece had broken off the other..!! Overall the cake did look nice but should have at £100 plus delivery for the smallest one

Quick delivery but cake writing wasn't the same as photo.

The design was nice. The cake was too dry and two sugary.Arrived with one broken letter and the number 4 was damaged as well.

I must say excellent in all ways very helpful
Design and Art Work excellent
Whatever i asked for was done
No problem for anything asked for i would definitely recommend
Carry on with the good work good luck

For starters the design wasn't as advised it was similar so this wasn't a major issue. The drips on the cake were very short and 2 drips had cracks through them. The edible decorations were loose in the box and broken off the sticks provided also the cake sponge itself was extremely dry. I'm sure this cake would have been amazing if fresh.
I was very embarrassed to have a party guest parent tell me to report this to the supplier.

Thank you to the Cake Daddy for a great service and lovely product.

Absolutely appalling experience with this company. Ordered a cake for my son's 8th birthday, which looked great when it arrived - perfect presentation. However, when we cut into it, the texture was a complete disaster - mushy and completely inedible. The cake was not fit for consumption and we couldn't even bear to try a slice. To make matters worse, the customer service team was incredibly difficult to deal with. We had to contact them multiple times before they finally agreed to issue a refund. The whole process was frustrating and felt like a hassle. Considering the cake's appearance was fine when it arrived, we had high hopes, but the quality was severely lacking. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Amazing service i completely forgot to order my sons cake got in touch with The cake daddy and within 12 hours i had the cake of our dreams. My son was absolutely thrilled and it was soft and delicious on the inside. Recommending these guys to friends and family please try them

Cake was damaged on arrival, emailed company regarding my disappointment but got no reply at all. Disappointed and won't be using this company again.

The Cake Daddy provided a wedding cake on my son's wedding that exceeded expectations; both the tasting and the final product were exceptional. It was the best wedding cake I have ever experienced - way beyond what I hoped for. I highly recommend their product and services.
