The cake was absolutely stunning and everything I asked for, really nailed the details! Was blown away!
The cake tasted amazing too! Wasn’t dry and wasn’t too sweet! Will definitely be buying from them again in the future

I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful cake for my 40th birthday! 🎂✨ It was absolutely stunning and looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. Every little detail was perfect, and you could truly see the care and creativity that went into making it.
And it wasn’t just beautiful—it tasted incredible too! Everyone commented on how delicious it was, and it was definitely one of the highlights of my birthday celebration.
Thank you so much for creating such a gorgeous and delicious cake for such a special milestone birthday. You made my 40th birthday even more memorable! 💕🎂✨ I would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a cake that is both beautiful and delicious!
It was a beautiful 4 tier cake 🎂

The service was excellent as was the quality of the cake that I ordered. I was particularly impressed by how well it was packaged to keep fresh. I would definitely recommend

Cake was delivered on time. Was very delicious and meticulously made.Very cooperative business. Variety of options available. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Harry Potter Cake for my son and the service has been great. I forgot to mention his age and they called me to get his age. They personally delivered the cake and it looked and tasted amazing. I am really pleased with the service! Thank you

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
I received a damaged cake which bore no resemblance to the Rolex cake I ordered and the quality was so poor - I child would have done better in decorating
Having contacted cake daddy they suggested I either try and fix myself or take to another cake shop to fix at my own cost - and having looked at the quality and what I received I realised it bore no resemblance to the £100+ cake I ordered and therefore requested a full refund. - It’s worth noting this was my families third order from cake daddy and previous ones have been impeccable and much better quality so I’m wondering if this business has changed hands noting other poor recent reviews.
The company did agreed to a full refund HOWEVER I have not received the money or had any further responses to my multiple messages.
This cake was for my father’s 80 birthday and we were left disappointed and without a cake.
I should also note that we did cut into it out of interest and was further shocked to see that neither the cake sponge or filling were what I had specifically ordered! I DREAD TO THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS WHO MIGHT BE REQUESTING SPECIFIC CAKES NOTING ANY ALLERGIES!!!
I have been left upset and disappointed by this whole experience and advise anyone else to seriously reconsider ordering from here
I will now attempt to claim costs back from my bank under the consumer credit act

Ordered a Mickey Mouse cake for my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday it came very well packaged the cake looked and tasted amazing will definitely order again for a special occasion

I decided on this company due to the positive reviews online. I wasn't disappointed. Delivery was great and despite the heatwave the cake was so well packaged it arrived in one piece! Taste was amazing too. Many thanks. Would highly recommend 😊

Extremely Disappointing - Stunning Exterior, Awful Interior & Completely Ghosted

We ordered a custom cake from Cake Daddy for a special occasion, paying a significant premium on top of the base cost to add specific custom flavors and fillings.

Visually, the exterior was impressive. The decorative work was genuinely good—so much so that we almost hesitated to cut into it. Unfortunately, cutting into the cake revealed a complete disaster. Virtually none of the custom specifications we paid extra for were met:

* **Wrong Sponge:** We requested a lemon drizzle base, but were given an entirely different, plain sponge.
* **Missing Fillings:** We specifically ordered and paid for raspberry buttercream alongside custom internal additions (including biscuits and nuggets). None of these were included.

The cake itself was awful and bore no resemblance to the premium, tailored order we paid for.

When we raised these issues, Cake Daddy acknowledged the error. Given that the custom additions were completely omitted, we expected—at a bare minimum—to be refunded the full value of the extras we paid for. Instead, they offered a flat 15% discount, which was only a fraction of what we felt the situation deserved. Nevertheless, wanting to bring everything to an amicable conclusion, we agreed to the 15% compromise.

Since agreeing to that resolution, Cake Daddy has completely ghosted us. They stopped replying to messages and have failed to process even that reduced refund.

It is utterly unacceptable to charge a premium for custom work, deliver the wrong product, agree to a settlement, and then cut off communication entirely. Fine decoration means nothing if the cake inside is wrong and customer service vanishes when mistakes happen. Avoid.

Great experience - a beautiful jungle themed cake for my son’s first birthday which everyone enjoyed. The quick turnaround for such a lovely, customised cake was greatly appreciated.

Needed a last minute cake and they were able to make the cake and deliver in a shirt space of time. The cake was amazing and the company even kept us informed on delivery day of where our driver was. Amazing! Would highly recommend

I got let down last minute of the lady who normally makes our cakes no fault of her own. I posted on fb staright away and The cake daddy messaged me back within half hour of my post plus people tagging them. I’m pretty sure it 4/5 days before my son birthday and they gave us exactly what he wanted. Would highly recommend them and will for sure be use them again. Thank you so much for making my boys day with the cake wanted. Also the cake topper was edible wasn’t ordered off line so a lot of work and effort went into this just in a few days. Forever grateful as he wanted this Bendy cake for his party more than present lol. Thank you again

The cake was amazing. The cake daddy did everything we asked for We sent a picture of an example and they matched it perfectly for what we needed. Communication was super with them and it tasted wonderful.

Ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday.
I was absolutely overjoyed and happy, to have recieved such a beautiful stunning cake.
The delivery was exceptional as it arrived on one of the hottest days, the cake was in the perfect condition and was packed and handled with such precision.
As I have never ordered from this bakery before, I have totally been overjoyed and even rang them to say thank you. 10/10

I ordered a stitch cake for my siblings 21st birthday and everything was great up until receiving the cake! I can’t say this is the company’s fault as they had the cake very secure in packaging but the Royal Mail delivery has made a huge mistake!!!! The cake is ruined with only 12 hours to fix this!!

I ordered a Rolex cake for my Father-in-law's 90 th birthday. It was to be delivered on the 26th June which turned out to be one of the hottest days of the year. I was concerned about the heat, but the cake arrived on time in perfect condition and was a big hit at the party.
Packaging was excellent , ordering super easy and cake delicious.
Thank you

Wonderful cakes, beautifully decorated, taste exquisite and super staff and owner. Give them a go, you won’t be disappointed.

Very disappointed not to receive the cake I ordered for a christening. No communication stating there would be a delay. I called up and was told there would be a two day delay, which is too late for my event, so they have left me with a big last minute problem

Great cake. On time. Lovely people

Will use again
