Perfect taste,design and Excellent delivery.

I bought a cake for my son’s 1st birthday I ordered it for the Friday as I just knew it was going to be late and thank goodness I did.
Fast forward to Sunday cake looked gorgeous but when we cut into it it was completely underbaked very squidgy. Also they knew this when decorating as the layer of buttercream was thicker in the middle where the cake had sunk.
I’ve emailed twice now to no response . Really dissatisfied as my children both have milk allergies and I thought I’d found a winner for all family cakes moving forward. The lack of customer service is disgusting. As the manager of a soft play centre they could’ve had a LOT of business out of me but not now.

I’ll probably never get a response.
So £200 for a cake that didn’t get eaten.
A lot of moneyto waste just for a glorified photo op!

NOT a happy customer.

Ordered a day before..two cakes and both were amazing just as advertised. Great packaging and looked exactly 💯 like what I expected from pictures 📸 will definitely order again from you. Thank you for mak8ng our day special

They made the cake the day before so it was very fresh when it arrived, it was packed really well to keep it cool.

They had unfortunately ran out of the type of icing I'd asked for but messaged me multiple times about it to make sure I knew - I was able to work out an alternative with them which worked just as well.

The actual cake looked amazing, she was very happy with it.

The cake selection for my daughter’s 30th was great and Cake Daddy were very willing to accommodate additional requests. The cake looked amazing, arrived on time and everyone loved the look and taste. I will definitely use them again.

I ordered a cake from the cake daddy recently and honestly i’m so glad i did! All my guests loved it tasted so fresh and the decoration was beautiful. At first i will be honest i was a little hesitant ordering due to their cakes being delivered i was worried about the cake but the packaging was insane. Everything about my experience was perfect i can’t recommend them enough! Can’t wait to order from them again!!!

I ordered a cake for my six year olds birthday party. Ordered it for the Friday and cake daddy called me to as if due to the heat of the weather they could deliver on the day of the party. I agreed against my better judgement. They promised I’d have it for one o’clock. Well one o’clock came and went and the party ended……cake never arrived. I called them and they said it would be with me the Sunday, the day after the party. They use a customer service in another country so getting answers is hard work. Then the person who called me today said the owner was sitting next to me but wouldn’t speak to me as that’s what they employ her for?? Insulting, disappointing and awful service. I won’t use again and I’d recommend you don’t either if you don’t want to be disappointed. I await my refund.

Update - I was told ‘leave a review and see how long your refund takes….so watch this space’

Amazing cake - absolutely what I asked for. Second time ordering from them and won’t be the last!

Beautiful cake ordered for an 90th birthday party after a let down by a local baker. This was a bit of a panic buy with fingers crossed but I couldn’t be more pleased with the cake that arrived. Delivered on time and expertly packed, it looked fabulous and tasted even better. Everyone loved it. I would highly recommend Cake Daddy to anyone looking for a beautiful, excellent quality cake at short notice. We loved it and Cake Daddy saved the day! Thank you!

Great communication and the cake was absolutely stunning — it smelled amazing too! Delivery was quick and straightforward, and it even arrived earlier than expected, which was a lovely surprise. I’d definitely recommend Cake Daddy to anyone looking for a beautiful, high-quality cake at short notice. This was my first time ordering, but it definitely won’t be the last. Thanks so much for everything!

Got off to a bad start as I ordered the Avengers cake for my godson to arrive on his birthday. I had not heard anything by 4pm so rang the company as I had no notification of delivery. I am not sure if my order had been overlooked. However the company pulled all the stops out to get the cake delivered personally by a lovely chap called Assin who drove from Stockport to deliver. Haven't cut into the cake as yet but it looks great , personalised , and I am sure my godson will love it.

Amazing serivce and wonderful well received cake. I recommend and will be ordering again.

Absolutely brilliant company, friendly, helpful and accommodating, and an outstanding cake delivered

Absolute joke of a company,
Cake hadn't set when it was sent so it came destroyed.
Had to chase them for a call back/response 6 times as they kept fobbing me of with someone will call back in 5/hour/ by this time by that time. Until I threatened to take it further.
Refund should arrive in 5 working days but a week later there's still nothing nor an email to confirm. They were adamant they sent the email yet 24hrs later the email comes in. They had no intentions of giving a refund and thought I'd drop it.
Would recommend tesco and any other supermarket as you pay for what you get and are less likely to be disappointed

Ordered a custom Roblox cake for my son Tristan’s 6th birthday and The Cake Daddy absolutely smashed it. The design was exactly what he’d pictured – bright colours, crisp details, even little edible figures – and it arrived in perfect condition thanks to their rock-solid packaging.

Taste-wise it was just as impressive: super-moist sponge, rich buttercream and not a dry crumb left once the candles were blown out. Guests kept asking where we’d got it from, and Tristan’s still buzzing about his Roblox cake.

Delivery was bang on time, customer service was friendly and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish.

Can’t fault a thing – five stars all day. Thanks for making my lad’s birthday extra special!

The cake was amazing and very delicious. The whole family enjoyed it and thank you for the great customer support. I will be ordering again in the near future for sure.

We ordered a bunny cake for our daughter’s birthday party. It was great and so delicious. Very professional team to get it on time with securely packed.
Highly recommended to everyone. Thank you for making our day wonderful.

I ordered a unicorn cake for a 3year old with less than 48 hours notice. The cake arrived at the time and date promised and was beautiful. The birthday girl was really pleased, she'd asked for a chocolate sponge with pink icing hence why I panicked and had to have it made! The cake itself was lovely tasting too. I'd definitely order again. Very happy customer
