DO NOT ORDER from cake daddy - placed an order on 8th June for my sons 13th birthday to be delivered on 16th June - did not arrive. Tried ringing numerous times end up speaking to someone in a call centre. Fobbed off saying they couldn’t track my order. Now trying to get a refund which I’m not holding out much hope for.

The birthday cake came as requested ( same cake that was chosen from the cake daddy website), delivered with due care. The company gave an honest service. Communication was available at all times.

We were a little hesitant about ordering at first because we've had some bad experiences in the past with cakes arriving damaged or not looking anything like what we expected. However, we decided to give The Cake Daddy a try, and we're so glad we did.

From start to finish, the communication from Asim was excellent. We received updates from Royal Mail with the expected delivery date and time, which gave us peace of mind. The cake arrived perfectly intact, and even though the delivery was scheduled for a four-hour window, it arrived exactly as promised. The packaging was fantastic, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.

When we opened the box and our son saw the cake, he couldn't stop smiling and kept asking, "Is that really me?" Seeing his reaction made the whole experience worthwhile.

A huge thank you to Asim and the team for delivering exactly what was promised and helping make the occasion so special. The quality, communication, and attention to detail were outstanding from start to finish.

Second time, returning customers to this company for our special day. The cake was spectacular- better than the inspiringly amazing cake we'd seen on TikTok when we were looking for ideas. We had check-ins with Sarah ensuring that the details were as we wanted them. The price was much better than from other wedding cake makers. It would have cost us atleast 3 times more because it was huge like a fairy tale, lots of options for fillings and butter cream. Couldn't have asked for a more excellent cake. All guests loved it. It was incredible. Definitely would recommend.

This cake was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had! 🎂✨ From the stunning design to the incredible taste, everything was spot on. Every bite was soft, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. It made the occasion even more special. I’ll definitely be coming back for more—highly, highly recommended!

Unreliable and unprofessional. I ordered a cake for a special occasion. The team messed up the delivery address, promised delivery the day after. Now they have promised 3 times the delivery on different dates and I still have not received the cake. The occasion also passed and I am extremely dissappointed. Not serious and reliable.

Unfortunately can’t go any lower then 1 Star, sent different cake to what I ordered for my sons 11th birthday. Cake is not tasty won’t be ordering from them again waste of money. These guys know how to ruin a kids party.

This was a milestone birthday and we wanted a great cake to celebrate. Cake Daddy provided an amazing cake to the door beautifully presented. The cake itself was really good. Not at all dry and very tasty! Chatting with the team there was easy over WhatsApp. And a quick phone call to confirm delivery time. Definitely will use Cake Daddy again!

Ordered a custom made cake, the cake wasn’t identical to the photo I gave this company but it wasn’t too bad, the service was completely disgusting I paid for delivery on a scheduled time slot that they assured me on, I ended up having to postpone my little girls party & having to go to the bother of picking the cake up myself anytime I called or texted the cake daddy I was being hung up on without any explanation for a late & also non delivery, the staff who answered the phone had disgusting customer service no manners whatsoever just kept avoiding calls, messages etc & hanging the phone up soon as they recognised my voice, I’ll never dream of using this service again, we are very disappointed with the outcome!!

The wrong cake was delivered. It looked beautiful and was delivered in perfect condition, but it was the wrong cake and had the name of a different child on (different size and design).

Called and spoke to a man who didn’t apologise, told me to WhatsApp. Pointed out that I had done so but didn’t receive a reply. Told me I needed to get off the phone so that he could check it. 10 minutes later received one word on WhatsApp: “Okay.” All my messages after that were ignored.

Called again and he told me that the manager would call me back in an hour. The manager did not call me back.

Called again, the same man heard my voice, and hung up.

Called again and finally got to a nice lady who helped all she could (refund, attempting to post cake toppers so I could redecorate it myself), but ultimately couldn’t get the right cake to us for my daughter’s 4th party.

First time to order the birthday cake via the Cake Daddy.It's delivered in the early morning and the cake looks as the image from the website and the taste is good. Definitely recommend it!

The order was wrong i asked for cream cheese and go butter cream. The cake was dry. I'm disappointed as the cake was hard

The service here is fantastic. They are very helpful and make sure your order is with you on time. I even received a photo of the cake before it was sent out. Brilliant place to order Cake from.

Honestly the best cake company i know ! the service is amazing and they are very quick with orders, the staff are very lovely and friendly too, such a easy and great experience !
