I’m waiting for an explanation. Insted of that or return me the money, I only recive messages telling me I have to contact with USPS.

Very cheap made. Not jewelry qualifed, more like a 3 years old child school art project.

My experience was kind of a rollercoaster: First I didn‘t receive my parcel. However, after complaining I got a response from the support team really quickly. They dealt with it and promised to resend my order. But this was almost two weeks ago and now I don‘t get any response anymore. My order was placed on November 28th and I still haven‘t received anything. Yet the money was deducted from my bank account.

It was easy to order and the product was beautiful and great quality

Delivery was very long.
With little updates.

The items arrived on time which was great. The jewelry's quality was subpar. One of the necklaces became rusty after two days of wearing it, one chain broke. Bummer.

The necklace is very nice, but it lost his shine after wearing it 4 or 5 times. Is there a way to clean it to make it shine again?
I love the earrings too and the body chain is nice but a bit small. I’m not a model but not overweight neither and it fits a tad tight. Maybe it would be a good idea to offer 2 or 3 different sizes?

Shipping was fast for something coming to Canada from USA so that is a ++

The earrings I received were exactly what I ordered. They were very good quality-sturdy, good finish that has not been marred by use, and they with 2 sets of plugs on the back.

Delivery was right on time and they were packaged in a cute little material bag.

Will definitely purchase from this site again.

Hated the jewelry I ordered. The images of the jewelry I ordered looked great online, but looked absolutely awful and cheap in person. I am now stuck with jewelry I don’t like and over $100 lost and down the drain. The return policy is pathetic and because I did not have the package the order arrived in I could not return for a full refund. Will not be shopping with this company anymore when all it seems is they want your money but do not want to make the customer happy.

Bought the leaf pendant in silver for a Christmas gift. Gorgeous piece arriving in good time and reasonably priced.

I haven't received my order yet and although I ve written and asked to track my order, I have no news since 11th November

At this point I figure I probably won’t even get my package. I was under the impression this came from the U.S. it doesn’t. I ordered it weeks in advance for a bday gift and it still hasn’t come. Emailed the company and got a tracking from Hong Kong and it tells me nothing. Emailed again and got a response that didn’t even make sense. I won’t ever order from here again.
