If u could give them a zero I would. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. Sent an order back had an email to say they’ve received it and now won’t send me my refund email. They’ve taken my money and refused to pay it back. I will be taking further action against this company as they can’t keep getting away with this. I will contact trading standards and citizens advice. Imagine the amount of customers there doing this to.

Very disappointing experience. I paid Norwegian VAT at checkout, but I have now been informed that I
also have to pay import VAT and customs clearance fees when the parcel arrives. This effectively means I am being charged twice for the same tax.
Customer service only sends copy-and-paste responses and refuses to explain why customers are not clearly informed about these additional costs before placing an order. The lack of transparency is unacceptable, and I have completely lost trust in this company.
THREE PEICE BIKINI MINUS THE TOP
orderd a three piece set bikini next day delivery for an event i had. Turned up next day witch is why i gave them two starts. However it showed up missing the top of the bikini. I am fuming . Terrible company, didn’t log my daughters return with Klana and they were pursuing her for the money. With a bit of investigation I found out they are part of The Debenhams Group, their customer service number is 0161 233 2050. They didn’t answer but I left a firm message and the issue was resolved within a couple of hours. Despite them saying you can’t call it transpires that you actually can !!!!

One month ago, I placed a large order as I was preparing for a holiday. I kept some items and returned the rest. The purchase was made using Klarna.
Despite the returned items being sent back, my refund has still not been processed correctly. Instead of refunding the correct amount of £135 to Klarna, Boohoo issued a £12.70 store credit voucher, which is completely unacceptable and was never agreed to.
I am still having to chase this matter, which has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. This handling of refunds is unprofessional and misleading.
I will not be shopping with Boohoo again and I strongly encourage others to be cautious.

Stolen my money! They claim they have processed a refund but nothing have ever been sent! This is blatant theft!

Never received all items but charged! Awful customer service system that have never replied to me! I have sent multiple messages and images as this is the only way to reach them. I ordered 5 Christmas items charged £100 only received one item but the courier and Boohoo saying I received all 5 jumpers. The photo of the bag is so small 5 items would t fit in there. I have still not heard and now lost money and no Christmas items for my work do next week. Keep ignoring me as I’m reporting you!

I’m dealing with orders I placed on 29th September and returned and received by then on the 6th , where I’ve been notified today the refund could take another 14 days
Beware of the sales through brand partners , you have to return directly to them and chase them for refund individually , unfortunately some of my items were placed were with dbz marketplace ( I didn’t realise until the order processing ) who haven’t even acknowledged my return , no one to speak to and the tracker advised the received items on the 6th I’m likely now going to be over £100 out of pocket without a fight given the reviews of the company .

Boohoo returns default to gift card instead of original payment method
Boohoo returns now Defaults to a gift card, I have started the return process, but not confirmed it as it is offering me a gift card. I have contacted the customer services who unwilling to help. My order is over £300, And they won’t refund me via the same way that I paid, Even though I haven’t processed the return, they are refusing to give me back my money via my card.
Absolute awful company
Absolute awful company, first was missing items in my order, then when I contacted they said they will refund missing item, when I sent back the order as didn't fit, they refunded me the order but not the missing item, and after months and months of chasing them have the cheek to say it's pasted the timeframe, I tried to raise complaints, speak to someone and no one bothered, shambles of a company, don't use at any cost
Poor quality customer service with holding my refund
Bohoo sold a dress to me for 53 pounds, parcel force delivered it into a dirty bin. Since then I have been communicating with an AI who keeps repeating the same conversation over and over again
It appears that they don't care about customers like myself because I had order a replacement dress and I am out of pocket because the person who asked me to order does not understand how I say the dress was delivered into a dirty and why I can't get someone to process my complaint and subsequent refund.
This is very frustrating and unprofessional on Bohoo's part.
I hope that Google can get involved for me to get my money back.
Also, Bohoo should provide human customer service. It not acceptable.

Very bad customer service they just send you what they have not what you order and then you have to pay return and shipping fee which will cost you more than your order…..don’t get tempted…..please don’t buy you will regret it.
