Worst experience EVER
I ordered two kimonos and paid full price. The store says EU so I thought that I did not have to pay extra taxes, but they send from China so I did have to pay taxes.
When the kimonos looked nothing like the pictures I send them back and asked for a refund. The owner, Lucy wrote that She forwarded the money, but She didn’t.

Big disappointment
I bought two necklaces that I have disappointed me. One stays constantly tangled when you wear it. The other one arrived a jumbled up mess that I absolutely cannot unravel and have to take to a jeweler now. I asked to return them but they have to be in the original packaging which I no longer have because I never planned on getting rid of them or having to return them. I’m highly disappointed that I can’t get my money back for jewelry that I cannot wear and that is no good.
