don't ever buy this product since it will get faded out in four months

Great little earrings. So gorgeous! Quick delivery.

Ordered rings from this company and one came in damaged, and the other one did not fit. Very cheap looking and obviously not good quality since one was missing stones. I emailed support and they wanted pictures, but I had already sent it all back. Received confirmation that all items were returned to them, but I have yet to receive a call or email from the support team regarding my refund for items. Not cool!

Not worth buying from a company that does not have good customer service.

No response for days on what to do for exchange since rings didn’t fit. Also didn’t look at all like the picture. Sending them back and not getting a refund sucks but don’t want them. Not what I was hoping for..

I ordered a pair of earrings in July and still haven't received them. I have tried to follow up with multiple customer service agents, but communication has been very stalled.

Each one of the jewelry lost its color after 2-4 hours of use, most of them got darkened, almost black.
I did not wear them during shower, swimming, or anything like that, and I did not wear them for more than 4 hours at a time.
I'm very disappointed by the quality of your products.

I have not yet received my order (ordered over a month ago) so I can’t possibly give you a review on the actual products I ordered! I have contacted you via email about not receiving my order and was promised by return email that my order would be forthcoming. I’m still waiting!
