The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

Purchased a mattress with very high standard of customer service with great advice provided. Discount given due to damaged packaging but product was absolutely fine. We were given a delivery day which matched our move in date despite it being only a week and a half before this was due to happen and we were even guaranteed the last slot of the day so we did not have to worry about being at the property. Was rung 1 hour prior to delivery and the men carried it up to our flat which was a massive help. Would recommend the bed factory Leamington to anyone.

Having learnt today that my elderly mother will need to come to my home for palliative care, I set about searching online for a bed for her but found delivery was going to be approx two or three weeks. I decided to visit local stores to see if I could purchase in-store product & get a quicker delivery. I went into two stores only to be ignored by sales staff, where on previous visits I had been pounced on for business.
On a whim, I remembered The Bed Factory in Regent Street and decided to give them my last try of the day. I went in and was warmly welcomed. I explained my requirements and was advised that earliest delivery would on Wednesday. On seeing my disappointment the director enquired when I would need a bed & explaining my situation, he immediately called called the delivery guys to see if they could help. Very kindly they agreed that if I decided to make purchase, they would deliver by end of day. I was shown a couple of suitable models and was able to make an immediate choice. I went into the store around 2.30 pm & had made my purchase in under 10 minutes. I went onto complete a couple of errands and arrived home to find that the bed had already been delivered. Totally blown away by the incredible help & sensitivity demonstrated by this store during a very stressful situation.
My grateful thanks to you. Oh & by the way, mum has had the best sleep that she's had for weeks xxx

My husband and I went into this shop on Wednesday to buy a new mattress ( I thought that after reading the notice in the shop window asking for people to support their LOCAL BUSINESS ) that we would do this?
Well we should NOT have bothered! The owner was extremely rude because I would “ try out”the mattresses ( I have quite bad arthritis and sometimes find it difficult to move after lying down)
He then said that we were WASTING each other’s time then and he was not prepared to sell me a mattress? We ordered our £1600 mattress the following day from another shop in the town where the sales guy was extremely pleasant.....

Lovely mattress. Had bad back at first but probably result of previous bad/old mattress

Outstanding service, delivery and Mattress. When the time arises I would definitely buy from them again.

Very good Service Delivered A new Bed and Mattress After our old one Broke a Leg First Mattress Not Quite Right As I have a Bad Spine But After explaining My Trouble A New Mammoth Mattress Was Delivered the Same DAY Very Impressed with the Service A Big Thankyou

I bought a mammoth hybrid mattress from here after the fantastic and patient assistant spent time talking me through all the options. I couldn’t be happier with the mattress. It was just what I was looking for without even realising it myself. Top marks to the bed factory Leamington spa

Excellent service from ordering through to delivery

My family have all bought their mattresses previously through the Bed Factory and recommended them to me and I cannot fault their service at all. They were more than happy to discuss my options over the phone and then visit in store to try out (whilst abiding to current regulations) and arranged quick and easy delivery. I’m very much looking forward to a sleep in my new comfy bed tomorrow morning once my night shift is done!! Five stars, fantastic service and product!!

Excellent service , they did what they said they would, when they said they would.

I would 100% recommend The Bed Factory, very helpful, professional service throughout from placing the order to delivery and assembly of beds..... so yes I’d absolutely use them again....

Fantastic service! Lots of impartial advice from Anthony about the best mattress for my needs (not easy because I have a shoulder impingement!); a competitive quote from Ashleigh; mattress available sooner than expected; mattress efficiently delivered by Mark and Andy who climbed several flights of stairs with the new mattress then back down again with the old mattress - all without complaint! The best thing about the Bed Factory is the people who work there - lovely to deal with.

We’ve used The Bed Factory on a number of occasions and as always fantastic service!!!

Highly recommended!!!
