The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

The staff were very professional in store, giving great advice about which mattress would match my price and comfort requirements. Even though I ordered a Super-King size , they were able to deliver weeks earlier than expected which meant a better nights sleep much quicker!
Would recommend again

Knowledgeable staff. Good service. Good salesman.
Delivered on time. Everything happened as it should.

The bed came in good time and was put together efficiently. It all went well.

The shop is in the town centre so I can walk there. Lots of mattresses to try out. And then they deliver. Just bought our third mattress from them.

My furniture was delivered in a timely manner.
When we contacted them about an issue it was dealt with quickly and a replacement was delivered.

Good customer service. Went in for mattress only, that didn’t cost too much and that’s what I got.

Personal service in store, helpful staff, time to ask questions and choose fabric for chair. Delivered and installed as discussed in store.

Knowledgeable and friendly advise in the shop.
Encouraged to be sure we’d chosen the correct mattress for us .
Didn’t feel pressured .
Excellent service

Really helpful when initially looking at sofabeds, explaining the different types etc. Responded quickly to my follow up query via email. Ordered the sofabed just before the Christmas break, so I was not expecting delivery before end of February, but they contacted me early February and arranged delivery the following week.
Delivery went well, thankfully it arrived in parts and the guys unpacked and set it up before leaving.

Very knowledgeable Sales staff. Delivery on time despite personnel illness. Second time we have ordered from these guys - recommended.

Great service by Cameron who explained all the questions we asked him about the bed we were buying would go there again

The men were efficient and friendly.Removing the old mattress and unwrapping and installing the new one took only a few minutes.
