The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

I recently purchased a Harrison Spinks mattress from the Bed Factory. The product was far cheaper than similar products from other retailers and I received excellent service from order to delivery. I would buy from the Bed Factory again.

Good service prompt delivery good company

Highly recommend. Have bought all my beds from here and will continue to do so...

Wandered around the shop shortly before closing on a Sunday, none of the staff "pounced" and let us browse but we figured we didn't have a clue what we were doing. A young lad helped us pick a mattress for our little boy, and one for ourselves. We paid a deposit and left after having everything explained to us, and were told it would be 4-6 weeks for delivery. It actually came early! The new mattresses are fantastic, the delivery guys were pleasant and rang ahead so I knew they were coming, all in all a first class experience.

Can’t believe I haven’t been to The Bed Factory before! Excellent service from very knowledgeable staff, very personal service which is so hard to get these days. Very helpful and priced competitively too. Have recommended to others and will definitely be back! Thank you.

The team managed to provide us with the best choice of mattress for our comfort, the staff is highly professional and open to support you during the whole process. They especially reacted rapidly to all our concerns and requirements.

Very helpful. Not to pushy for a sale

Could not fault anything delivery on time bed assembled very efficient and not forgetting sales man very helpful well done

Great service from start to finish.very happy to have done business with them.

Certainly looks to be the best mattress we ever bought. That's based on the great comfort. All it has to do now is to last for some years!

Speedy delivery of my pillow at a good price!

Outstanding service. Having just returned to the UK after 5 years living abroad I found the mattress at home had deteriorated and was very uncomfortable. I was keen to find a new mattress and get a good nights sleep again. The service I got from start to finish could not have been better. A young salesman was helpful explaining the different options I had, a lady on reception could sense I was in need of a quick solution and found there was a delivery slot in the afternoon available. Another sales manager made it possible for me to buy one of the display mattresses and the team that delivered the mattress were kind and helpful. Great teamwork and helpful throughout. From store to bedroom in just 4 hours. Very impressed.

We have bought our beds or mattress from The bed Factory and have always been very satisfied with the very helpful service they have provided and the quality of their products.
We have recommended them to our friends and family without hesitation and they, in turn have been very satisfied.

Brilliant service from the Bed Factory, the bed is exactly what we wanted, not too firm or soft. Delivered within the timescale they forecast, for the bed to be manufactured. Very knowledgeable, they know what they are selling. Highly recommend them!!!!
