The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

I had issues with the website in Safari and the person who dealt with my call was very helpful.

I have used the Bed Factory in Leamington before and they went above and beyond to help! This time was no different, I was unsure exactly the bed I wanted and Anthony sent me various links to help me decide with all options available, I was able to pick a bed and mattress with my upmost confidence without
even having the visit the store! I would highly recommend The Bed Factory to everyone and a bonus is supporting local businesses.
Thank you to The Bed Factory for making this so easy and with incredible customer service!

I desperately needed a new mattress and wanted to support an independent retailer for this purchase. I managed to visit the shop outside of lockdown in-between Christmas and New Year. There was a really good choice and the staff were very knowledgeable, particular the Manager has he has been in the business for a long time. I was advised I would have to wait about 4 weeks, possible longer. Delivery was just over the 4 weeks. The guys who delivered were extremely pleasant and changeover from old to new mattress all done efficiently. Overall a great service and am very glad to have supported a local, independent business in Leamington Town Centre

Service with a smile.

I rang the bed factory requiring two beds, Anthony Baker went out of his way to accommodate me as he was very busy, the two beds were delivered within half an hour, first class service. I was treated with utmost politeness and efficiency.

A very nice experience

Absolutely amazing bed omg how am I going to get out of here brilliant owner and colleague who delivered my bed I just want to say I totally recommend this company many thanks Anthony

I wanted to share the brilliant experience I had dealing with the bed factory. I needed a bed at short notice, which I also needed to be delivered on the day I went in.

It was an emergency situation for an elderly person who needed a bed- They were incredibly professional and empathic towards my situation, and they went over and above to accommodate my request.

The customer service from the sales lady we dealt with was exceptional, she was friendly warm and knowledgeable and made the process of choosing the bed easy. The manager was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful as well : )

I really could not have asked for anymore. I would highly recommended them, and just bought another bed from them for myself- Again the service and value is second to none.

Thank you again for helping us out so much Bed factory!

Great service very happy with our new mattress

We had to buy a new bed frame since the one we bought from another shop was no longer usable.
With the help of a really kind staff, we managed to find a nice, high quality ottoman bed, manufactured in UK.
We are so grateful for the quick delivery, despite the Covid and Christmas period.

I am delighted with my pillows, arrived pretty quick. Good value for Money, very helpful Staff and the service is great 👌 Thank you very much for all your advice .

Purchased a pillow online, stated delivery 2 to 3 working days, waited 4 working days. I telephoned in and spoke to a very unhelpful lady who seemed to not know very much about online orders even with the order number. 2 working days later I received a blunt voice mail saying pillow in post.
3 working days and I received the pillow. Packaged well but it would of been to have folded it in half.
Not a company I would order from again.

Used this shop twice now recently to buy firstly a Mammoth mattress and then also a divan and headboard. Service is great and informative and we were allowed lots of time to try out all the different mattresses/options. The lady and then on my return, the boss who served us and helped us decide were very professional and knowledgeable. It is also great to be able to shop locally and keep the high street going. We were offered really competitive prices too.

We wanted to buy from a local store and very glad we did. The manager was
very knowledgeable and helped us chose the best option for our budget and requirements. Would definitely recommend this Leamington store!

Cheapest I could find mattress and bed base anywhere - locally or online - and with absolutely no compromise in service. Goo, honest advice on what to purchase and kept to delivery dates on bed and mattress in spite of Covid. Thank you.

Absolutely lovely staff, very helpful and gone above and beyond to ensure us a good nights sleep. Highly recommend

I cannot recommend The Bed Factory enough. I went to their store in Leamington Spa, in Regent Street looking for a new mattress, where I was welcomed by a really nice guy, Anthony, who listened to my needs and provided a fantastic consultation on which products could better fit my needs and budget. After I chose the mattress, few days later he informed that the mattress would be in stock in one month from the time of the call. Due to this inconvenience, they offered to loan me a mattress for the time before my mattress would arrive dealing with the delivery and pickup of both mattresses FOR FREE!

I cannot have ended up in better hands, really.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I am delighted with the bed I bought. Their service is excellent: very patient and attentive. And when I changed my mind about the mattress they supplied, they exchanged it without any questions.
They could not be more helpful.

My experience with The Bed Factory was all positive, Anthony Baker was very helpful and knowledgable. We chose TBF because we wanted to shop locally but were concerned we may end up spending a lot more, but this wasn’t the case. We bought a Mammoth mattress and some accessories. Everything was delivered on time and without fuss, the delivery guys were polite and efficient. I would definitely shop there again.

Bought the bed from the shop on Long Lane. Amazing service, really lovely lady dealt with me and the missus, would recommend the online service, but if you can call in store, they can’t help you enough.

Great price, quick delivery, quality product

The best price I could find for the mattress I bought. Customer service was very friendly and helpful
