The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

The bed was delivered on the date and time we agreed. We are landlords who live 120 miles away and the Bed Factory liaised with the Estate agents and collected the old bed without us having to do a thing! So impressed. Brilliant service!

Great customer service, made a customised recommendation, fast delivery!

Excellent service and advice when purchased chair in store. Delivery was expensive at £50 but very efficient and helpful. I was kept informed and the chair was delivered within the time slot given. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We found the knowledge and service provided by The Bed Factory, Leamington Spa,most helpful when we purchased the original bed, hence returned to this local firm for a new mattress. Once again, nothing was too much trouble for Anthony Baker, and delivery came on time as promised, with the old mattress and packaging being taken away by the experienced delivery men.

I always get a great service from the Bed Factory.

Awful customer service! My nan recently brought a reclining chair from here due to recently having a hip operation. The chair had stopped working yesterday and when we phoned up to ask for some advice, we were met by a rude attitude stating ‘she must’ve pulled the cable out, she must’ve broken it’ How on earth this is possible when she is 87 and can’t walk, it just boggles the mind 🤨. Also, the chair had not moved since the people from the shop had installed it. Then stated he had ‘customers in the shop and couldn’t be doing this‘. Utterly disgraceful customer service, certainly will not be using again and certainly would not recommend! There is absolutely no need to be rude when people just ask for some advice, and certainly no need to blame customers.

I would definitely purchase from this company again. Friendly, helpful staff prompt delivery and quality products

Excellent Service... would highly, highly recommend.
From Anthony in Sales through to delivery cannot rate this company highly enough. I have used them for work and privately, they have been fantastic on each occasion! This time my elderly parents needed help, a replacement mattress was delivered within 24hrs with very kind care and caring attention, in a different league to other bed (and furniture) companies.

We ordered a new mattress as soon as businesses were allowed to reopen. We have used the bed factory before, and as before, we were not disappointed .( thanks for the biscuits) We had our first night on the new mattress and pillows last night and slept well. Five star service from ordering to delivery-thank you all.
Mr Mrs Robinson

We didn't get any information given in regards to a delivery date, I had to phone and ask, the date we where given eventually wasn't the actual date the goods arrived so I had to chase up the order again. The two free pillows that where promised where delivered but only after we had received the mattress, we couldn't get these before, not sure why this was, nevertheless the mattress is excellent and the cost couldn't be beaten.

I just took delivery of a much anticipated mattress and can’t speak highly enough of the service provided from initial advice of purchase over the phone to the delivery today. A great couple of chaps delivered and couldn’t have been friendlier or helpful.
From beginning to end the service was second to none. I will certainly recommend the Leamington Spa store to all, I hope the mattress is as good when I finally get to climb into bed tonight.

Slow to ship and packaged so badly that I destroyed the bag on opening the package and then felt I couldn’t return the pillow, which doesn’t suit me at all unfortunately!

Wonderful company, other bigger companies could certainly learn from Bed Factory.

Visited as local to us and also recommended by family. Went after lockdown and had great help finding the right bed, with no pressure to make a quick decision (we were a while choosing!).

We were given an approximate delivery time and got called well ahead of this to arrange a fitting. On delivery day, they called 10 mins ahead to tell us they were on their way. They took our old bed away and then swiftly fitted our new bed for us.

The new bed is truly exceptional and we have definitely chosen the right one for us.

We are so pleased with the service throughout, from visiting the shop to taking delivery. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Many thanks.

Ordered online but received a phone call saying the mattress protector would be delivered that day.

I was very impressed by the helpfulness and patience of the staff at Leamington Spa, both in-store and delivery, in connection with my recent purchase of a bed. Thank you.

My mum needed a riser chair but due to lack of mobility couldn't get to the showroom....not a problem, the showroom came to her! A chair was bought for her to try and she was given a detailed explanation on how it works. Wonderful professional service, thankyou.

Amazing service! Frame and mattress delivered within a week of ordering and assembled in bedroom beautifully. Very friendly staff and efficient service. Would definitely recommend

I do not normally buy online. I asked for some advice and given an exceptional customer service.
The process was pain free.
The delivery of the new bed and disposal of my old bed was very professional.
And importantly, I was delighted with the quality of my purchase.

I rang the Bed Factory having been recommended by a friend.
Choosing a new mattress online is confusing, however, Anthony's 30+ years of knowledge made my decision much easier. Anthony was able to guide me toward the best choice based on my requirements and budget.
Great communication from start to finish, including arranging delivery, especially as I required a tight turnaround.
I'd highly recommend the Bed Factory.

We recently purchased a Mammoth mattress from The Bed Factory. The mattress is extremely comfortable and we are very happy with both the purchase and the service we received. The price was also very competitive.
