The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

Delivered on time. Showed how to use it.everything fine.

After visiting the major bed retailers who only want to sell me the bed which had the most commission involved need to say no more.

We went to the bed factory and was served by Tony who listened and recommended the mammoth brand of mattress.
The mattress is amazing all my aches and pains have gone , I have recently returned to purchase the mammoth pillow and complement to the mattress, and also a duvet .
Well done the bed factory 5 stars

An excellent service from beginning to end. Well looked after within the shop with brilliant advice. The two guys delivering and assembling the bed were quick and efficient and left us with a lovely bed. Would definitely use the shop again.

Brilliant staff, had an emergency and they helped in very short notice, would absolutely recommend, delightful staff.
5 stars

Choose my delivery day only problem I had was told delivery man to phone my mum 1 hr before delivery as I was at work but they didn't... luckily she doesn't live far so was all good in the end.
Selecting my bed was helped by being shown ranges I could afford
Rather support local shops rather than big chains

Good service from a local company. I have bought all my beds from there over the last eight years and will be getting my next there too. they have a good range of beds and mattresses and I've always found something suitable for each requirement.

This is the second bed I have had from the Bed Factory.
Great customer service, two lovely lads delivered and put it together - very happy customer once more.
Will be back when the third bedroom is ready :)

Very pleased with quality of bed and service overall. Instruction sheet was for another similar bed (this wasn’t really any problem to be fair) and the fixings pack was short of a few items. A call to the sales personnel in Leamington resolved the matter immediately and the necessary missing parts were with me the following day.
All in all very happy so only 4 stars because it wasn’t a completely perfect experience, in saying that would recommend The Bed Factory without hesitation .

Friendly and knowledgeable.
I did the usual mattress rounds in Leamington and checked out Bensons, Dreams, etc. The Bed Factory was leagues ahead in the actual understanding of mattresses and the materials they are made of.

Great company to deal with. Good communication. Good price. Delivered within the time slot agreed.

Wasn't sure what we really wanted to buy and how much we wanted/needed to spend. It was good to talk this through and actually lie on the beds, you can't do that on the internet! Delivered on time, good value for money, would highly recommend.

Good, friendly, helpful assistants. Good quality furniture. Comfy bed. Delivered professionally as scheduled.
Only slight gripe is that I would have appreciated a small discount as I bought several items and no discount was available. However, as the prices were reasonable in the first place, it's a minor issue & I'd shop here again.

Excellent service from knowledgeable staff with everything arriving on time. I couldn’t have asked for better.

Fair play to BF for upholding their beat any website price by £ 5.00. I bought a mattress from them which I found elsewhere for £300.00 less & they beat it by the fiver. BUT, make sure that if you get this deal from them, if it comes with an offer, e,g, 2 free mammoth pillows, make sure you get that as part of the deal, because when asked why I hadn't received mine, I was informed firstly that it was not part of the contract & secondly, that deal was not on when I had made the order. I say it was, they say it wasn't. But then to be told that I have had my mattress at a greatly reduced price anyway, what, I shouldn't be so greedy,DONT OFFER THE ANY WEBSITE BEAT BY A FIVER THEN. The long & short of it. You will get cheaper elsewhere, but if you go with BF, get everything out of them that you can. Make sure you get proof of the timely offers.

Ordered bed from Leamington Spa store.. Was called by Anthony the next day to advise would be 5 week wait, the bed actually arrived within 4 weeks, we were very impressed with the service and the bed was delivered within the timescale given for that day. The 2 lads that delivered the bed were very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend them. (We are also very happy with the bed we purchased, it looks lovely)

I use Bed Factory for beds and mattresses for my rental properties. They always give good advice with competitive prices and prompt deliveries.

Incredibly professional and quick experience, well worth the price of delivery. Bed is living up to all expectations. Was set up in no time. 10/10 would get a bed from these guys again

Had to chase delivery of the bed on one occasion otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I would happily deal with The Bed Factory again.

Delivered earlier than expected at a very fair price
