Helpful informative staff, no pressure to sell to us, local dealer with good prices, quirky shop but much larger than you think and with excellent delivery drivers who were incredibly efficient and helpful on delivery

Service in store was very good, however what really clinched everything was the delivery guys!! They were excellent & couldn’t do enough. Friendly, and very efficient .

We visited the Aintree store today. We were served by Sam. Whose knowledge of beds and mattresses was phenomenal.
We found our ideal bed and the most beautiful mattress ever. Our experience today was nothing but excellent.

I went to the bed factory Ipswich needing a mattress the same day for an electric bed. The staff at the store were amazing. I had a phone call within a few hours to say mattress made and ready for collection.
I couldn’t have asked for better service and the mattress was of high quality.
I highly recommend this store.

Very pleased with the bed. It was important to us that it was in a dark shade and this was specifically asked for by The Bed Factory. The bed has yet to be put to good use but it feels comfy when sitting on it. So overall delighted with our experience and the sales person who looked after us in the showroom.

This is the second purchase we have made from the Bed factory in Warrington. Both time's we have been really pleased with the service.
The first purchase was a made to measure headboard. We were skeptical that it would not be as we imagined but when it came It was just what we wanted.
Second purchase was a mattress we wanted a comfortable mattress that had a built-in Topper. We had a good buget again we had a certain type in mind. The advice we were given helped us decide which was the best one for us. From the choosing of our purchases to the communication from the delivery company was excellent. The only thing we would point out was the absence of overshoes we are houseproud so when they entered the house my partner provided them with some. Unfortunately one of the men took the old mattress outside with the overshoes on and re-entered with the new mattress. Other than this excellent service and would recommend them.

The whole experience has been excellent, from finding an amazing bed and mattress, to choosing finishes and finally the delivery.

In comparison, we've had some furniture delivered by Next and the attitude of the Bed Factory guys who delivered and assembled was brilliant and nothing like the surly attitude of the Next delivery guys.

Prior to finding the Bed Factory for the master bedroom bed we ordered a bed from Dreams for my daughter - that still hasn't arrived - we're now told Sept and required multiple chasing. I wish I'd found the Bed Factory then.

What worked for me was that I was able to physically lie on the mattresses to choose the right one for me. Lots of good advice from the team which helped me make the right decision. This would have been impossible online.

Me and my partner bought our bed and mattress through the bed factory, after having a terrible experience with Bensons for Beds. Anthony helped us choose a bed and mattress and was really helpful and relaxed throughout the whole experience. He knew we had had issues with Bensons and took his time to reassure us and promised he would deliver exactly what he said and he did exactly that! Our bed, which we picked the design and material for was delivered within a week. Amazing when you consider how long it takes the big bed companies to do that! My only wish is I’d found the bed factory earlier and gone directly through them from the start. Thanks Anthony! Rachel and Dan.

Great experience at the bed factory! Entered the store and was greeted/asked exactly what sort of things I was looking for in a bed and then shown a selection of options. No pushy sales whatsoever and given plenty of time to look around the shop to see what combination of colours/headboard I liked. Within 30 mins I made a purchase and organised a delivery date 2 weeks later (Everything arrived bang on time and my old single was taken away for a small extra cost). Very happy with my new double bed (very happy with the package deal aswell for frame/mattress/headboard)

Helped me choose a mattress that I love from a wide range of options. Very knowledgeable about the different types of mattress (and about bad backs!).

Mattress was made to order and delivered ahead of schedule by two very capable guys who took away the packing and the old mattress.

Price was absolutely similar to onliners and the level of local service was great.

Everything went as promised. Came on time, very comfortable, old one taken away,good range to choose from,pleasant staff.

Due to terminal illness and the need to move from a double to single beds to enable carers to access my father from a single hospital bed, I had just two days’ notice to put in place a suitable single bed and mattress for my elderly and terminally ill mother, to enable my parents to continue sleeping in the same room together, as they have done since their marriage 68 years ago. The Bed Factory could not have been more understanding of this difficult and emotional situation and were very helpful chosing a suitable bed for delivery next working day. The chosen (very comfortable) bed arrived and was installed exactly on time. Thank you all for making a very stress situation so much easier.

Great service when choosing the mattress and then the delivery was on the date we requested with friendly and helpful delivery drivers. A great night sleep has been had!

We started experiencing back pain again and put this down to our old mattress. We had purchased this from the bed factory.
We checked our paperwork and realised the bed was purchased around 2016. As we had received good advice and customer experience then we visited the shop.
We explained our requirements and our individual back problems, Tony, was very helpful. We tried and tested each recommendation he made, and we narrowed our selection down to a Zonagel 1400 mattress, and two pillows by MLily.
Tony set our minds at rest, we negotiated a good price, and we ordered.
We have been sleeping on the new mattress and pillows for just over a week now - Heaven!
