The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

We ordered over the phone which was quick and easy, arranging a direct delivery from the manufacturer. This process then started to fail, but Anthony took ownership and very quickly decided to send his guys to collect the mattress and deliver to us. Exceptional customer service, great place to deal with as you actually speak to real people who can make a difference to your experience. Can't wait to ge and get a super nights sleep tonight.

Great to deal with a local company and get expert advice first hand. Have used the Bed Factory for previous purchases. Always helpful . Very pleased with my new bed!!

The two guys Brian and Stuart were very helpful and installed head board in no time left room clean and tidy

Excellent service, friendly staff, quick delivery

The store manager advised me on the different types of mattresses and which he thought would be beneficial for me.

Excellent service. Great range of products with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Fast delivery time too.

Very quick did a good job and friendly keep up the good work thanks

Ordered mattress and bed frame, the mattress came before the frame so they delivered mattress so we could use on our old frame.
When new frame came they came out again, built up new frame and fitted mattress.
I’ve had lots of beds over the years as used to have a holiday rental, always perfect service.

Bought a bed head from The Bed Factory [Leamington]. I didn't realise I needed extra bolts to secure it to the bed base - the guys at The Bed Factory were really helpful and had four spare bolts of the correct size, so we were able to fit the bed head and use it on the first evening.

Delivery gentlemen were extremely careful and courteous and placed the chair exactly where I wanted it.

On time delivered a polite reliable service very professional .I would recommend them .

Visited the Chester branch and was helped by a friendly gentleman called Joe. He was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful. I am due spinal surgery and he was very helpful informative and understanding of my condition. I found the mattress I needed and was helped further with choosing a topper suitable for my needs. All in all it was a very positive experience and I look forward to the delivery of the mattress later on this week.

A very positive experience and I will not hesitate to recommend your company and of course Joe.

Great service in store, excellent value and extremely quick delivery. Highly recommend.

Helpful, informative service. We were lucky enough to choose, purchase and have a mattress delivered same day. Cannot fault the customer service and am extremely happy with my new mattress. Will be back when it’s time for a bed frame!

Excellent informative friendly store delivered on time.

The shop Sales manager has shown friendly to customer.

5* service from choosing our new mattress right through to delivery. Anthony spent an hour explaining pros & cons of a variety of brands on show & was incredibly patient in helping us choose a mattress to suit my husbands medical conditions. Received the agreed call a few weeks later to agree delivery & on the day two very polite, courteous & efficient delivery men installed the new mattress, removing the old one & taking away all packaging without causing any damage. We are now sleeping much better thanks to Anthony's vast knowledge

Knowledgeable staff know which mattress fits the requirements you give them to help find the one to best suit you. Was most helpful and have slept well since the purchase.
