Purchased a new mattress. Very pleased with the service and advise. Mattress delivered within the expected timescale and old mattress taken away. Now getting a much better nights sleep!

Very quick and knowledgeable service which was just what i needed :)

What a lovely company to deal with.
Not only are they all really nice they are very efficient
Our bed was instore exactly when they said it would be all in good condition. Totally happy with the service

Ordered and paid online only to be told it's out of stock. Annoying waste of my time

Quality products, very well made. Appreciated very much that we were provided with the loan of a bed while the mattress and bed frame we ordered were being constructed.

Good level of customer care, knowledgeable about different types of mattresses and what they offer the consumer.

We needed a new Mattress so we went to the bed factor in Aintree. Jack was absolutely brilliant he took time to explain the different styles both benefits and pitfalls then left us to decided but was close enough for when we had questions and we had lots lol. Highly recommend the store and if your lucky enough to get Jack your a double winner. Thanks Jack only thing that can make my buying experience better is getting my order before Christmas 🙏🏻

Needed a bed for the spare room and went to The Bed Factory as they are local and we have used them before. Was guided towards their best seller which was competitive compared to other local suppliers. Just under a week later they contacted us to arrange delivery which took place the following week. Slight hiccup that their driver was ill but still delivered and assembled the same day. Haven't slept on the bed yet but it seems fine.

Really happy with the chap that sold the bed to me. Delivery driver polite but disappointed they kept shoes on all up the stairs on landing and into the bedroom.

As part of our house renovation we needed to replace two beds and one mattress. We’ve purchased here before a few years ago and I’m glad we returned, great deal and great service can highly recommend.

Really swift, efficient and pleasant service from beginning (looking in the shop) to the end (the fitters taking away old bed and assembling new one).

Prompt delivery. Waa kept well informed on delivery date and time. Fast and friendly installation.

Fantastic customer service
We phoned the shop on Sunday morning about a single bed urgently needed fir a friend coming out of hospital and when we got to the shop they couldn’t have been more helpful they went over and above to help us I would definitely recommend the Bed Factory

We were looking to downsize our single beds as we’re moving into a small new house. My sister in law suggested Bed Factory and she was right - they really are great. Every aspect of the buying and (short term) storage of the beds for when we were ready and they were able to deliver exactly when we needed them despite having to change the date the week before. Quality goods, Excellent service and the took all the wrapping away afterwards. I hope we don’t need replacements but wouldn’t hesitate to return in 10yrs or so. Thanks Bed Factory.

We had a brilliant experience with The Bed Factory, from our first visit to the shop to delivery of the bed (which was only 4 weeks later and built to order!). The team at the shop were informative, helpful and friendly without being pushy for sales, and we felt completely confident in their services. We were able to choose aspects of the bed to suit us, and we are so chuffed with it now it’s here!
They assembled the new bed really quickly and took our old one away yesterday, and honestly last night was the best night of sleep in forever! So comfy! Definitely recommend this shop!

Friendly staff, everything happened as promised

Polite delivery, three days early which was great
Used them for many, many years and never a problem.

In November 2017 we ordered a Harrison Spinks Super King zip and link Saphire divan at a cost of £2600 through Anthony at The Bed Factory. It came with a 10 year guarantee. After five and a quarter years both mattresses were mis-shapen and the springs could be felt through the top. We spoke with Anthony who arranged for the mattresses to be inspected by Harrison Spinks. Their assessor agreed that the mattresses had faults, were mis-shapen and confirmed that he had felt the springs through the top. Because the 5 year automatic replacement period has been exceeded and we were now into a sixth year Harrison Spinks made us a derisory offer of £442.02 towards the cost of replacement mattresses bought from their current range. I expressed my disgust to Anthony at this offer and he set to work negotiating with Harrison Spinks. After a day he came back informing us that he had managed to get the company to agree to replace both mattresses with exquivalent current super king zip and link mattresses free of charge.
If it had not been for Anthony we would have been spending yet another two or three thousand pounds on replacement mattresses which would definitely not have been manufactured by Harrison Spinks.
Many, many thanks Anthony.

I was very pleased with the service from The Bed Factory. Very good service and information at the showroom and the delivery service was excellent. The 2 guys dismantled and took away my old bed and fitted up the new bed - all within 30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient service. After my dreadful experience at nationally known bed supplier, I can definitely recommend The Bed Factory at Leamington Spa
