The Bed Factory Anmeldelser

I was very pleased with the professional help and advice I was given and the solution you offered. Thank you.

Information provided at point of sale was clear and helpful, my questions were answered. I felt under no pressure to buy additional items but was pleased to learn about their benefits so was happy to proceed with purchase.

Welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of beds and furniture for people who have back problems.

Amazing knowledge and customer service! Thank you guys, we're so excited to get our new mattress. It was made so easy with your incredible knowledge of the mattresses, companies and styles. No hard sell, just a great team who've been in the business for decades. So glad we shopped with you

Really knowledgeable and not at all pushy for a sale. Super speedy delivery with a great bed. I went round a number of suppliers before coming back to the Bed Factory as wanted to know why others were cheaper on line. It came down to the qaulity.

Brilliant!! Excellent service and products, Highly recommend Thank you!!

Can’t recommend these people highly enough. From advice on which bed was best for us to delivery (up a very narrow staircase) and disposing of the old bed. Professional and courteous - old fashioned service.

The advice on the type of mattress was really helpful and I feel confident with my choice.

Delivery was brilliant, I was given a morning appointment and contacted 45 minutes before delivery to update. The team were polite, courteous of my home and left the bed setup and all packaging was removed.

Highly recommend The Bed Factory Leamington, high quality products and a wealth of knowledge about their products.

Excellent service. Quality product delivered as arranged. The team were lovely, friendly and efficient.
It was great to have a bed from a local shop where one dealt with real people.

There was a good array of furniture. The salesperson was very helpful. The furniture arrived on time and was assembled by the delivery people (2). In my opinion it was a very good service. Thank you.

Excellent service & advice, so helpful & knowledgeable both in the store and at delivery/assembly, thank you so much - brilliant to be able to see/try beds & without paying inflated prices

Fantastic knowledge and customer service from Anthony when I went in looking for a new mattress, worked with me to find the perfect one and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommend to everyone.

Jack who is usually based at the aintree store greeted me with kindness at the rockferry store, not your average salesman. Wasn’t pushy or anything like that which was nice. Answered all of my questions as I was so indecisive about what kind of mattress I wanted and which kind of payment plan I wanted to go with. I said I was going to go away for a day and think about everything and he was absolutely fine with that. I did shop around at other bed stores but non had anything as nice or cost effective as these guys,
Went back to Jack the next day and he remembered everything I wanted and got it all sorted within about 15/20 mins. Delivery within a week and I can’t wait. Thank you Jack for making my experience a good one and I’ll definitely be recommending you and the company to everyone

Charlotte was attentive and only after a few minutes, she knew what we wanted. Happy customers 😀

I recently bought a divan from The Bed Factory and I'm thrilled. The divan is comfortable, and the customer service was great. Highly recommended.

Just been in to buy a bed with our young daughter and Sam and her colleague took our daughter under there wing to find out what she really wanted for a bed and included her all the way through the process. You girls were really accommodating and made the experience a enjoyable one. Thanks again girls 👌👌👌👌👌👍

Recently purchased two recliner beds from the bed factory in Leamington Spa, and was extremely pleased with the ongoing service. The beds themselves were to a high quality and met the needs of myself and husband, who are both disabled.
There was was an issue with the beds at point of delivery that was resolved and delt with very quickly. Would highly recommend.

Good service in shop, explained about different types of mattress, fast delivery

I ordered a couple of mattresses from their website, which was simple and easy to do, but due to no-ones fault, the order had to be cancelled. The refund was issued straight away with no delay. Unfortunately, there appeared to be an issue with the PayPal side of things (my end, not The Bed Factory side) which meant the refund was later than expected, but the team at The Bed Factory went out of their way to give me the help needed to get the issue resolved. I can honestly say that their help was invaluable and I really appreciate it.
