The young Lady I spoke to was very very good she took me through all of the options she got me the best she could and because I had to go to the bank to sort the money out she rang me up 3 times and then spoke to Dee and sorted the money exchange over with her, my account was blocked by the bank and they un blocked it so this transaction could be done,please thank her for her time and patients. My wife had an accident on the 22nd August. Called the AA to inform them what had happened and they said they will instruct a local bodyshop to collect the car. We hadn't heard anything for a few days so we called the AA to find that the guy we spoke to had'nt instructed the body shop to collect the car as he forgot!!!!. They collected the car 2 days later, and as im typing this on 25/09 we still haven't got the car back!!!! The car is at express bodyworks in Wolverhampton and apparently Ford keep sending them the wrong parts so we are no where near getting the car back as they dont know how to fix it. Even the owner of Express bodyworks is now ignoring my calls.Absolute joke!!!! Spoke to the AA and all they say is we will call the bodyshop, i even said move the car out of there and take it somewhere else as we are not happy, to be then told that all other repairers in our area are full!!, how very convenient!!!!!. People have said on this platform how easy it is to get insurance, which it is but trust me when you actually need these people they are no use at all!!!. They may be cheaper but they are by far the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with!!
