I signed up for home insurance via confused.com. The policy appears to be suitable, and at a reasonable price. It also saved me £50 in comparison with my previous supplier. However insurance is only as good as the claim experience. You should ask for customer experience following a claim, successful and unsuccessful.

Transaction to set up my Car Insurance policy went very smooth all thanks to the agent who helped me through the whole process, I cant remember the agents name but she was more than helpful from start to finish and helped get the right policy for me

For years my insurance premiums have been increasing alarmingly even though I've made no claims. Now I've insured with the AA getting a better cover at a far lower rate; wish I'd found them years ago, and hope the premium hasn't gone up too much in a years time.

I wanted a change of insurance as my previous was too expensive and Go Compare listed where I decided to go to. AA came up trumps with a good price, it was easy, quick, good AA service and I'm a very happy new customer with AA as my new car insurer.

I took out a new car insurance policy with the AA. When I tried to access the policy online, it was not available. By going through an online chat, I discovered that because I already have AA breakdown cover via my bank account, I would need to set up and register a new email address. I find it hard to understand that as so much is now done online, the AA can’t merge these policies. The online chat agents were very helpful. I have cancelled the policy.

We were with Churchill car insurance for 2yrs but it didn't seem they wanted our custom anymore the renewal price made it too expensive. So we were attracted to AA Gold car insurance,everything we wanted in our package for a cheaper rate.Contacted the office just to clarify a query, didn't wait too long for the phone to be answered and query resolved quickly .Policy not started yet, so cant comment on anything else, but so far happy.
