Getting through was fairly easy and I didn’t have to wait too long. The lady was very very patient with me and talked me through everything . I then phoned back later in the day to accept the plan the lady who dealt with me was also very nice and patient again I’m not good with this tech stuff.i was also please d that they were both English and I didn’t have to keep asking to repeat themselves

It was not a complicated form everything was easy from start to finish. Some forms can be quite complicated but yours was a breeze. Good price too.

After using search engine on line ,2 car insurances wouldn't insure me,being a lady under 80 with no claims ,no health problems was discriminated for being my late 70s. A A I had no trouble,went through with same answers by me that I gave to others. So happy to join AA car insurance.

The young Lady I spoke to was very very good she took me through all of the options she got me the best she could and because I had to go to the bank to sort the money out she rang me up 3 times and then spoke to Dee and sorted the money exchange over with her, my account was blocked by the bank and they un blocked it so this transaction could be done,please thank her for her time and patients.
