It wasn t easy to get a replacement for our pump in Germany and even not easy to get it from UK because of this Brexit !? but Louise Scott from IT supplies was patienced with us and our concern. Thank s so much . Our machine works as good as new. ( sorry for my german / english)

Very fast dispatch and quick reply to my e-mails. Packed well in 2 boxes but the original box that was inside was opened and the the pump was assembled with the ports facing opposite directions, unlike the same pump that I bought earlier from the local distributor.

Whilst your choice of DPD Local may work well in some locations, they are not that effective here, but they did deliver to a local pick-up point, and we've now collected it.
