A Great Little Pump
Flood and Water Pumps were proactive in explaining what a puddle pump was. I had no idea. The intention is to use it alongside a flood gate if we are ever at risk of flooding again. The pump was well packaged and delivered very quickly. It has been tested in a large bowl of water and it pumped the water away very quickly to a very low level. The real test will be if we are flooded in the future but I feel confident it should do the job.

Thanks for the review, glad the SPK530 Pump is doing the job. Sorry about the wait though. For what it's worth, your order came in at 11:56am on the 1st and we had it processed and booked with the courier by 12:03, so it went out same day. Once it's with DHL, unfortunately, the delivery timing is out of our hands, and it looks like there was a delay on their end. Not much we can do about that once it's left us, but we'll always chase it up if we're told there's an issue.
Sorry again for the hassle, and thanks for bearing with us. FPS Team

Poor service
I ordered a pump for a specific size as specified on the website, I even called about the pump and what the pump was intended for, but with never received any support then. Went against the grain and ordered the pump. once received the pump I went to place it into the tank and the pump would not fit and is actually bigger than advertised on the website. I asked if they had a smaller pump. They gave me an option, I asked if it was possible to check on the pump and this was not offered. Just incase the manufacturers got it wrong again

As set out in our terms and conditions, product descriptions and specifications on our website are provided for general guidance only, and we recommend contacting us to confirm any detail that's critical to your purchase before ordering. In this case the difference between the listed and actual dimensions was 6-7mm on a submersible pump, well within normal manufacturing tolerance and taken directly from the manufacturer's own data sheet.
We did speak with you by phone before your order, discussing pump performance including head height. When you raised the sizing issue after delivery, we responded the same day and offered a return along with alternative narrow pump options, again based on the manufacturer's figures, as we're not able to provide site-specific measurements or guarantee exact fit for every installation.
We're sorry this particular pump didn't suit your setup, and the offer to help you find a better fit still stands.
