I had a problem with a shirt I bought. I requested a replacement and it was immediately sorted. Great service.

Very nice good-quality T-shirt, and in a good cause. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size - I have no printer but presented QR code at Post Office .. so easy. Replacement arrived within 10 days of return. Friendly and helpful emails, thank you. A most positive experience all round.

Teemill are kind of a dream come true company for me - seriously. I used to make t-shirts in the 1980's and Teemill have solved everything i ever fretted about. I can now order a prototype! They're eco friendly, organic, use recycling, Fair Trade, green energy plus check this out - they share their ideas with others. Overjoyed to be making high quality t-shirts again with such a brilliant company. I'm vegan against all forms of oppression so feel very comfy with Termill!

When I placed my order , I realised that I had entered my email incorrectly, and become of that I was not getting any emails, I phoned and left a voice message ,explaining and giving my correct email address, I received an email the next day off a extremely helpful lady by the name of Helen , who could see my mistake , she refunded me full cost as there had been a glitch . As I was due to travel to Scotland and needed the T-shirt as a Birthday gift . I was advised it would be better if I reordered with the address I was staying at in Scotland. And Helen would make sure the order was rushed through so it arrived in time for the Birthday . Helen kept in contact throughout , Refund was in my Bank Quickly
I can not Thank Helen enough for her support , reassurance, First Class, Professional, Help .if only Every other Company had such helpful Customer Service .

I chose Teemill to open my store (Folk and Flora) with primarily for their ethical and sustainable values, so was even happier when I realised how easy it was to set up a store with them. The website is easy to navigate and use, super customisable so my store can look the way I want, and all the extras like the Academy and Stats help you learn, grow and build as you go.
The quality of all the samples I have received have been top notch, with beautiful bright prints, and my customers have all been very happy too.

I’m a one-girl-brand selling on my Teemill store (jest-foolin.co.uk), I’m posting this review from that perspective rather than as an end customer buying product.
The biggest reason I went with Teemill initially was that they are head and shoulders above everyone else in terms of their ecological credentials, there are a couple of blemishes which I’ll come to later, but no other drop-ship partner comes close. Once on-board, the support is excellent. When I get responses it feels clear that someone has taken the time to read your question and is invested in helping you get through it. If you set your shop up within their ecosystem (rather than using an integration to the likes of Etsy) you can take advantage of offers and promotions run by Teemill like their regular “Free UK Shipping Weekends” which are funded by Teemill so your profit stays the same. It also doesn’t cost you to list a product unlike many of the other e-commerce sites. I can’t comment on their design tool, as all my products are from hand drawn art, but the process of creating products is easy and accommodating. There is a feature that allows you to ‘duplicate’ an existing product then change the garment of the duplicate which is very handy when you want to have a range of items with the same design. This is “clever” enough to redistribute element layers to fit the changing shape of the print area, avoiding the need to fine tune or recreate the design for each product. (Disclaimer, I’ve only created clothing designs, I don’t know how this works with other items).
I find the website builder tool a little restrictive, but I am sure that’s because I come from a software architect / developer background; if I ignore the little control freak in the back of my head that wants to tweak everything it is a very good builder that lets you get a professional looking shop up and running very quickly (and I’m on there to sell tee shirts, not build websites!).
My one niggle (but not big enough to take off a star) is the inbuilt AI tool. I’m not talking about the “AI mockups” you can generate to show off your products, that’s just simple vector mapping which is a fairly low energy process. But there is a small button when creating products that offers to write a description for you. AI has some valid use cases, this is not one of them. It uses huge amounts of power, water and other resources to run Large Language Model AIs which dents the TeeMill eco credentials somewhat. I’m fully aware that people can get slop generated outside of the TeeMill site builder and paste it in, but including it in the site builder implicitly endorses its misuse and the TeeMill brand would be (even more) credible without it.

These t-shirts are amazing!. I bought one for my husband and he loved it, so I bought a second one and now I am ready for some more.

A tad slow sending out MCS merch, but overall a super experience & some lovely kit! I needed to return some items and what an easy & pleasant experience. Rich dealt with my returns & was great - lovely emails! Rich is an asset to the team at TeeMill.

I so wish I could rate them higher since I love what they do.
I ordered 4 sample t-shirt’s and after 3 washes the prints are starting to peel off. 😕
The t-shirts themselves are great quality though.

Wanted to start a merch store and heard really good things about Teemill. Signed up for an account and quickly took out the pro option. As an all in one POD platform, I have nothing but good things to say. The dashboard allows easy setup for products, pricing and website pages. You can literally run your store from your phone, they've spent a lot of time on getting this right. Very impressed.

Ordered some clothes recently, although there was a minor issue with one of the items, I emailed and within 5 days a replacement was sent out to me. Great customer service!

Started out with a frustrating delay but was able to talk to a gentlemen in their wholesaling dept. (i'm so sorry that I forgot his name) who connected me to Helen in their customer service dept., who did a great job in resolving my issue! Nice people and great customer service!
