Teemill Anmeldelser 

Bought a t-shirt via the BBC Earth Teemill website. The order has gone missing and was never delivered. It was due to be delivered c. 2 weeks ago. I tried to raise a query on the BBC Earth website but I kept getting an error message appear and it would not send.
I have tried to contact via the Teemill website and the customer service email address, however no one has responded to any of my queries regarding either the missing parcel/request for a refund or the error on the BBC Earth website. Poor customer service.

I ordered a t shirt for my brother's 70th birthday which came with 1955 instead of 1956, ( I hadn't noticed when ordering assuming it would be correct as its 2026)
Anyway, after a couple of emails, they very kindly refunded the cost and allowed me to keep it (it will go to a charity shop as its still the wrong year!)

Ordered another, with 1956 this time !

Emailed yesterday about a problem I had with an order I received, Ashleigh was very quick at sorting this for me. The clothing is of good quality & will be ordering again.

I purchased an oversized sweatshirt, ‘tree’ design as a gift and was asked to swap it for a different colour. I was able to do this swiftly and with no problems. Having bought a long sleeved starling tee for myself previously, I can say that I am delighted with the quality and it is much admired. I very much appreciate the high level of customer service.

Fast turnaround for a quality tee!

Great quality Tees, prompt service and concept. Tee's may be a little expensive for our fans but we'll see.

Great experience

An interesting range of designs on good quality T-shirts which experience demonstrates wask well. Sizing may be a little smaller but customer service is excellent and orders and queries are dealt with quickly, courteously and with thoughtfulness and kindness. Pricing is comparable to larger enterprises but the individual service outranks all of that. Super little company.

I needed to make a return and was answered very and quickly and efficiently with clear instructions as how to do this and with a returns label.

One of the items I ordered was then found to be out of stock. Teemill apologised via email for any inconvenience & to make up for it, have offered me free standard shipping on me next order if I use the coupon provided, so I'm rapt! I will definitely be coming back when such excellent customer service is on offer.

Love the Quality of the products and the account and website are easy to set up. Love that it’s all 100% cotton or recycled materials. Super happy with everything.
