A colossal exercise in greenwashing. Very poor quality printing that won't survive three washes. The 'circular' is just a couple of quid off if you return your T shirt when the image has washed off. One discount per customer. It's unfortunate so many charities have teamed up with them, so their fabulous designs are basically marketed as single-use t-shirts with expensive, bogus assertions of 'sustainability.'

I presented a problem I faced, just to inform them, but they solved it quick and in a way I did not ask for and did not except. Just fantastic.

Sara was amazing in customer service. The quality of their shirts and sweatshirts was top tier! Color was bright and clean, no dull or faded whites etc. products were true to size and so comfy. The shipping paper was reusable covered in animals that was great for kids presents and coloring afterwards.?? They would be my go to store if in the US!!!

No mention of the goods were coming from abroad.
Slow communication about a delivery i was expecting for my wife's birthday.

Ordered a T-shirt via instagram. Take my money, and no T Shirt. Sent emails no answer. Tried calling Customer services no answer, straight to answer machine. Would think twice about ordering from this company, they have practically stole my money.

Really slow at responding. They said they will respond within 2 days, but took about 10 days and still couldn’t do anything to help. I still can’t place my order. Useless company and dreadful customer service

I ordered the wrong size tee, that’s on me. I emailed customer service within an hour to change the size. The next day I received an email the tee had been shipped. Customer service sent me a note four days later, saying sorry, we already shipped. Bummer.

Had a bit of a wait for a response to a query - & then a bit of to-ing & fro-ing on emails trying to get the answer relevant to the question! Once we ironed that out though, Max was very helpful in helping me achieve a delivery deadline that I wasn't going to meet because of the original delay in comms. Quality of products always good.

I received a t shirt as a gift from the wildlife trust which was made by teemill and dispatched by them. As it was a gift I was having a bit of difficulty returning it. However I was contacted by a lady named Helen who ensured that I was able to exchange the shirt. The quality of the shirt was excellent and very comfortable and I would recommend this company with excellent customer service. 11/10

While their response was quick it did not respond directly to my question but rather obfuscated. They will not be completely honest about their production methods and the chemicals created and micro plastics released into the environment.

The products are great quality, there's some brilliant designs, we love that you can recycle through Teemill and the customer service team are really helpful, too.

Really easy company to deal with and more importantly the t-shirts are really good and very keenly priced. I placed a second order for some long sleeved t-shirts and there was a problem with the postage charge but it's been quickly resolved with fulsome apologies so I'm very happy to recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Quick response and sent a replacement for a faulty item which was a gift.

Great customer service (thank you Max). I had to return two t-shirts for exchange and they were sent out very quickly and my queries were dealt with in a polite, friendly and professional manner.

Teemill create excellent quality products, they have an outstanding customer service, who went out of their way to help me. Highly recommended!
