I contacted the customer service three times by email, the first two were about payment, I was charged twice for my order, and the third was about returning an item. The first two emails have never been answered and luckily the bank sorted it out, the third email about the return process came after five days when through google searching I had found out how to do it.

The things I bought were ok, not really worth the cost but a good cause, the customer service, or lack of it, left me anxious and wishing I had never bought anything. I have no enjoyment from the things I bought because they are tainted by the whole experience. My only hope is that the charity get enough of the money to make it worth it. I will avoid Teemill in future.

5 stars for the range, products and customer service. Gorgeous clothing and an excellent company.
4 stars given because I paid for fast delivery but there was a delay in dispatching and receiving my order. However, once I contacted customer services they didn’t hesitate to refund me the delivery fee (as I qualified for free shipping and had wasted money on fast delivery). I wish I could give 4 1/2 stars as this dispatch delay was the only hiccup in my experience. Once the company iron out this issue, I’m sure they will be 5 stars all the way!

Great customer service when there was a slight problem with colour transfer on a tshirt. Quick & no hassle - much appreciated. Have ordered many times from various animal charities who use Teemill. Always great designs & quality.

I ordered t-shirts from a very new company in UK and knew it would take some time to reach Australia. I was able to be updated on my parcels progress via email and it arrived in time for my daughter's birthday. Perfect!

Replaced a faulty t shirt without hassle. Often the best example of great service is how an organisation responds when things don't go well. The quality of these shirts has always been great, but of course occasionally things can go wrong. This was dealt with brilliantly. thank you.

Good customer service when needed exchange

I needed to return an item slightly late due to some difficult family circumstances and I was treated with kindness and understanding – it was so very much appreciated! I love Rapanui's clothes and will definitely buy from them again, after such a positive customer service experience.

We are very pleased with the T-shirt but, most importantly, really impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Max who efficiently sorted out a small problem for us. It follows that the Teemill experience is highly recommended.

I ordered a couple of t-shirts for my niece and unfortunately one didn't arrive, Ashleigh was really helpful and emailed me back so she could send another one out. The customer care itself is worth 5 stars. The delivery was fast aswell, considering its coming from the Isle of Wight.

Contacted Customer Service regarding a purchase I made , which had a promotional offer included. When my delivery arrived, the promotion was not included.
Numerous emails exchanged, and a future purchase discount was offered.
I declined this , as I think the Promotion which I ordered to was deceitful in essence.
Having purchased items previously, I felt extremely disappointed.
I will not use them again, very disappointing that they refused to fulfill their promotion.

I wrote to Teemill with a question that should have been directed elsewhere. Still, the response from Max in their customer-service team was quick and helpful. I appreciated the friendly courtesy.

The custumer service was very friendly, answers came quick. My order of the Heartstopper special editon 2026 unfortunately got lost in transit, only 48 hours after I reached out to custumer service a replacement was on its way. Today this replacement arrived, I finally got my tote bag and shirt and I really like the lively coulors of the prints. The tote bag is really cute and the shirt fits well and has a pleasant fabric quality. Very happy with my order. I absolutely can recommand Teemill Company and EcoKaila.
