Ordered 3 nicely designed Canal & River Trust t shirts to be shipped to Australia. The order took a while to get shipped out then the post from the Netherlands (why not shipped from the UK??) took forever to get here.
Upon opening the package, 2 of the t shirts looked great but the 3rd had been printed misaligned and not even straight!!!
Teemill offered to send a replacement which arrived a lot quicker but sadly this one was printed even worse!!
Who are they employing to print t shirts because they are utterly INCOMPETENT! Not recommended!!!

I love their ethics. It's the reason I chose to work with Teemill - to use them to build my businesses.

Organic, sustainable. I want all people in the production line to have good wages and be treated with respect. No sweatshops. No slaves.

The quality is great, too.

It's that simple, but it's a very important and powerful reason.

I have family who visited a country in Africa recently, and was told that people there lived in shacks, didn't have easy access to water, etc. I was like: "it's 2026, why not?".

I share that because when working with Teemill, putting ethics first, I KNOW I'm helping humanity heal and grow.

Actions speak louder than words. I have confidence that the people behind Teemill are good, because look what they've done.

It's because of their ethics I'm about to open another business with them.

I'm not saying Teemill are saving the world... well, I'm kinda saying that... I mean: they're doing their small part. And working with them, now I'm helping too.

So, yeah, I like them.

But this is just my perspective. Please research all this yourself, and perform your own determinations.

Oh, and they have loads of products you can sell. Loads.

I’m really pleased with the quality of my order. The T‑shirt fabric feels excellent and the printed photos came out beautifully – really sharp and vibrant. Dispatch was quick and everything arrived exactly as expected.

I’ve given 4 stars rather than 5 purely because I wasn’t able to reach anyone by phone, despite trying several times. That said, once I switched to email, the communication was very good. They responded quickly and helpfully, which I appreciated.

Overall, great product quality and efficient email support – just would have liked to speak to someone by phone.

it was great, it was real quick to set up

I found a beautiful design t shirt on MCS website. I ordered the right item and size for one of my daughters then when I ordered for the other one - I messed up and ordered a male size. Wrong shape!
Ashleigh at Teemill who sent the item went to endless trouble to help me return the unwanted item and get the right one. I’m hopeless with I.T - she was encouraging/effective and didn’t make me feel stupid! No mean feat. I love MCS and I really appreciate everything Ashleigh at Teemill did for me!

I bought a t shirt for my granddaughter but messed up her address and it was returned to sender. After some confusion, they have sent it again with the right address, were very helpful and pleasant and have not charged me although it was my fault.
My only request is they make it easier to contact them. It too me quite a while to work it out.

Problem with order was resolved and new t shirt being sent out first class - great company to deal with (bought lots from them and this was first problem but has been quickly sorted) Thank you x

Placed an order for a Soi Dog charity t-shirt, but the item in question was ENORMOUS! Not a huge deal, I exchanged it for a smaller size, but did not receive a notification that my exchange request had been received. A few weeks later I emailed Teemill to ask about my order - long story short, TWO customer service reps got back to me to let me know they had received my order and were just waiting to get it in stock. Order was shipped yesterday, looking forward to receiving my new item!

Ordered three T-shirts but only two arrived. Customer service were brilliant and the missing T-shirt was went same day. Arrived with me the next day. Excellent service

My order did not arrive when promised but the response to and resolution of the problem was excellent. Usual high quality T shirt!

When ordering a T-shirt I was offered a 10% discount and free shipping but the system would not process the 2 codes and entering one cancelled the other. I contacted customer service and Max was very helpful, advising me to complete the order with the 10% discount code and they would refund the shipping fee on receipt of the order number. I did so this morning and was very promptly advised by both Max and Rich that the refund had been processed. Max also upgraded delivery to 1st Class and Royal Mail have notified me that delivery is due tomorrow. Very happy with the customer service I received.

I bought 2 T shirts at once to make sure 1 would fit & return the other .Bearing in mind that l made a mistake on order. They sorted that out .But trying to return one of them wasn’t easy & had to go to back to my P Office & they sorted it eventually & even she asked someone to help .l am in no way office trained & have been able to manage things before . But all sorted now . But was a hassle . Now l am awaiting the refund in which is on its way . So that was prompt . The upside l love the T Shirt & it’s a lovely quality . So l would say we are even .Thank goodness for our lovely ladies at our P 0ffice .
Now l know what size fits so l wouldn’t have to send back then it wouldn’t stop me ordering again 🤞

Teemil are selling organic clothing, t-shirts and organic shorts, which are ideal for me especially in this extremely hot weather. They are also drawing attention to the plight of the bumblebee, the queen and her workers. All the pesticides that have been sprayed around the land and the world has desimated their populations almost to extinction and this Company, Teemill are drawing attention to this by selling their clothing. When ordering, their response is immediate, with the clothing coming in paper packaging which is fully recyclable. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I thoroughly recommend them to everyone.
