I've ordered shirts two times from them. The first one got here perfectly but the second one for some reason didn't get to me eventhough tracking said it did.

I contacted customer service to let them know what happened and see if they could get any sort of information on their end of what might have happened.

Instead of having me waiting for days on end, they were quick to react and replace my order (currently waiting for it to arrive, I'll be stalking the shipping tracker like a hawk!).

I've had bad experiences with other online retailers in the past, so I was a bit iffy on contacting them, but I've got to say I was pleasantly surprised with their fast replies and will to solve something that escaped their control.

After I get my shirts for good, I'm sure I'll get some more from them down the line. The products are of great quality and the only shirt I have at the moment is my favourite one.

I'm the designer for a youth work and travel brand and we have a range of designs that we need to sample before uploading to the shop. I found Zoe extremely helpful with ordering samples, advice on best artwork and she hustled on getting me the right garments on time when others were out of stock, sending pictures then to confirm the print was sweet.

I picked a 9-pack and I am very happy with my choice. It's refreshing to be able to change into multiple t-shirts per day (if needed) and not have to worry about supply.

The T-shirts are great quality and fit well. I'm probably slight above a medium and went for a large.

Bought two tees, loved the design & fit of both. Unfortunately, teeny tiny little hole in one when it arrived. Dropped teemill a message through the online form, they responded within the hour saying a replacement t-shirt will be sent asap. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time! Plus, love the circular element of the business, needless to say I'll be sending the tees back to be recycled when they are no longer wearable.

Really happy with the cap I ordered as a birthday present. The company kept in excellent contact throughout the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I ordered some T-shirts for gym wear. The quality was excellent and the designs beautiful. As I wanted them to be quite big, I ordered a variety of sizes but when I wanted to return some the order was nowhere to be found, as it turned out, due an incorrectly recorded email address. Customer service persevered in assisting me to resolve the issue - impressive service

I asked a question and I got an email worth reply in just a couple of days.

We've generally been happy using Teemill in the past, but over the last week almost every order we've placed has encountered some sort of issue.

We've experienced:

Orders taking significantly longer than expected to dispatch, resulting in unhappy customers.
A clear print quality issue requiring a replacement.
Multiple Shopify orders failing to import into Teemill altogether, all seemingly linked to Women's Cut T-shirts.

The most disappointing aspect has been the complete lack of customer support. We've raised multiple support tickets and sent emails over several days, but have received little to no response. There doesn't appear to be any meaningful telephone support either, leaving us with no way of getting urgent issues resolved while our customers are waiting for answers.

We understand that problems happen, especially with print-on-demand services. What isn't acceptable is being left completely in the dark with no timely response when those problems arise.

As a business, we've spent a huge amount of time apologising to our own customers because we simply couldn't get any information from Teemill.

Based on our recent experience, I would strongly advise against using Teemill as your merchandise provider. The products can be good when everything works, but when something goes wrong, the lack of responsive customer support has made it an extremely frustrating company to deal with.

The team at Teemill addressed my concern to fulfill my order expeditiously.

I contacted teemill about a misprint on a Battersea tee that I bought. They thanked me for pointing it out and offered a new one once the error was resolved without having to send the original one. Such a nice company to deal with.

ordered a tshirt, even for a small 10yr old it was tiny, did a refund swap, sent back, have royal mail confirmation it arrived 1 week ago and Teemill silence, the tumbleweed is real, no refund, no swapped size and a website that has no actual contact details to chase them up with. No customer service, No sizing that reflects actual children and 1 quality as I have nothing to report on now except a lighter bank balance.
