Very reasonable price for a fully functioning laptop. The delivery was very fast. I had an issue with the sound which was a little annoying but I managed to sort it out myself. I had an email response within half an hour. I'd definitely purchase a other laptop from these guys without hesitation.

I ordered a Dell Latitude 5320 laptop through Back Market. I paid just over £200. The laptop was dispatched almost immediately and arrived very well packaged. The condition was described as ‘fair’ but I would consider it to be ‘good’ as there were only some minor scratches to the casing and the screen was perfect. So far the laptop is working well, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I ordered a Dell latitude 7340 i7 2 in 1 on 16/256. The laptop was technically flawless. The hing was smooth, the parts were exactly as advertised. It was quite cheap as well, 460£. I along with my colleagues were impressed at the condition it was in because to anyone who doesn't know, it looks brand new. Apart from a barely noticeable dot on the lid, I am satisfied with their quality product.

A refund for a lost package and a free replacement.
I ordered a used Dell laptop from "Tec-it-out".
The package was lost, which may happen.
eBay gave me a full refund, which is great. In the meantime, "Tec-it-out" sent me a replacement, which is also great.
But I didn't know how to pay eBay for this replacement. I wondered if there had been a problem with their system, so I emailed "Tec-it-out".
The "Tec-it-out" team replied that they were dropping the case and wouldn't ask for any payment for the laptop.
What could I possibly complain about?
