Excellent products (reconditioned) and very good service and always the best price compared to elsewhere. Lisa was particularly helpful and not only sorts my needs but also follows up to ensure all ok. Excellent knowledge, service from estimate to delivery. Tip top highly recommend. I ordered disks, and a dell racked server which came ready to power on and configure. All working perfectly and saved a fortune so far !

Kevin and the team at Bulk helped us out massively with an urgent part that needed same day delivery. They were quick to understand and really helped us get out of an outage.

1 Jan 2026, I ordered a specific graphics card through Bulk Devices, paid in full for it, and Dave said they'd try to source one for me (I was aware it was getting scarce with being end of life). They said it could take around 3 weeks, so I waited patiently.
2 Feb 2026 - Dave emailed to say the card had arrived at their premises damaged, they therefore wouldn't be able to fulfill my order and had "initiated" a full refund. I waited, no refund appeared. I emailed on 11 Feb asking how long the refund would take, my email was never answered. Silence. No refund. Dave also didn't return my phonecalls made on 9th, 10th & 11th Feb! So I contacted my bank and raised a Chargeback Dispute - that got him to reply on 20 Feb. I was given the excuse that their system had failed to process the refund transaction, could I cancel/remove the chargeback dispute and told that I'd "get the full refund soon." I replied stating that my bank had advised me to keep the Chargeback Dispute active. In response, I received emails from Dave on 20th, 23rd and 24th Feb almost begging me to remove the Chargeback - quotes:

"Our accounts team is ready to process the refund again but is unable to do so due to a chargeback." (my bank confirmed this is untrue)

"chargebacks have a serious impact on our company and on me personally. This situation could potentially affect my position at work, and I am very worried about the consequences. I truly value my job and would not want this situation caused by an unexpected emergency to put it at risk."

"I was not in the office due to an emergency, as I am going through a very tough time. Please reconsider this; otherwise, it's very hard for me to survive :("

I didn't reply to any of these emotionally charged emails, as advised by my bank.
I had to wait at least 45 days for the dispute process to happen and on 9 April 2026, I finally received my full refund of £286.80.

My warning - BEWARE of Bulk Devices! - they initially seemed polite and efficient but turned out to be nothing but empty promises, poor communication, attempted coersion and reluctance to refund.

I've bought a number of hard disks from Bulkdevices and always have a good experience. Max Clark has been very helpful answering my queries and arranging delivery.

We purchased a refurb devices for my customer who was aware they were refurbed devices, they were as described great condition, no issues. Kevin Wright dealt with my order and queries I had. Also followed to see they were delivered on time.

After searching for a combination of good price and decent service we took a chance on Bulk Devices, an unknown supplier to us; we have indeed received great service combined with very competitive prices and when a faulty device was in a batch it was returned and replaced with no issue.

We contacted Lisa Taylor of Bulkdevices for an unusual workstation PSU which we needed urgently for a time-sensitive customer repair. Within 30 minutes we had established our needs with her and she checked parts availability while we agreed costs with our customer. The part arrived the following day, as promised, and our customer was delighted to receive back his repaired work station by the end of the day. Thanks so much to her and her team! Fantastic service, brilliant selection of part that I have found hard to source from other places. Always my first call for Hard Drives and other equipment, customer support from Dave Smith and the technical team is top notch - they really know their products inside and out.

Awful company - avoid.

Bought something from them a couple of years ago (which was a bad experience as it didn't work and they wouldn't refund the outbound postage). But this bad review is because and I can't get them to delete me from their email lists. They keep contacting me and I keep telling them to remove me from their database. Next time I'll report them to the ICO.
