I bought a "refurbished" M2 MacBook via Backmarket with tec-it-out being their supplier. When arrived the laptop was filthy, I had to pull debris and caked dust out of the vents with tweezers, one of the USB-c ports was not working on arrival due to dust and debris being stuck inside the port. Really disappointed for the amount I paid. I fully expected superficial damage like dents and scratched but not dirt from the last user, would not recommend.

Hi Jody, we’re sorry to read this. The condition you’ve described isn’t what we expect when a device leaves us, and we would have been very happy to investigate this had we been made aware of it sooner.
As this order was placed in July and we’ve only just become aware of the issue through this review, please get in touch with us directly. We’d like the opportunity to look into what happened and see how we can help.

Laptop review
The laptop i ordered, a dell latitude 5320, arrived very fast, in three days. Whilst I ordered the “fair” condition, it is really clean, hardly any marks. I’ve checked everything is working, the battery life is around 80% as is guarantied and there are no problems that i have found.

High Quality refurbisbed tech
Ordered a "fair" condition macbook m1 from this company, first time getting refurbished tech and I gotta say it's worth it. For something in "fair" condition, it looks great; no scratches on the screen, a tiny dent at the bottom, and the battery at 95% health! For the price I paid, well worth it. Would recommend!

Dell Latitude 9420. Delivery right in time. Came is excellent packaging, almost pristine condition and no scratch on the body at all, even though I was expecting some scratches or worn out body based on what I paid for. Performance has been amazing, came installed with Windows 11 Professional edition. Amazing experience, great value for money!!!
