My experience with tapp water was…
My experience with tapp water was fantastic Adam G fitted myn he was polite and answered any questions I had. He fitted the system efficiently and cleaned up after himself. He explained everything clearly with out any technical terms. I felt so guilty though as he was allergic to cats which we didn't know and we a multi cat household. He was very polite about it and just requested if I could open a window which was fine. I really think there should be some thought to customers and engineers with regards to this at it's an uncomfortable situation for both parties. As for the system it's been fantastic less plastic saves money and water quality is amazing,it's changed the taste of the simple things like your cuppa or kids dilute everyone is drinking more and we have a bit extra money in our pockets. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds as a tapp customer. Thanks to Adam G on being so polite and understanding with regards to pets

I have tried multiple filters before…but diamond really works
I have tried multiple filters before but any of them really cares my hair. I’m using Diamond shower filter and works really well. Also, it was super easy to install.

Filtraggio dell'acqua ottimo, buona portata d'acqua e ottima assistenza. Ogni qual volta si rompe qualche componente si riceve una pronta risposta dall'assistenza che provvede a sostituire il pezzo rotto.
Lo consiglio a tutti, sia per risparmiare soldi che per diminuire lo spreco di risorse (molta meno plastica in giro). Acqua più sicura con meno sforzo.

Más de 3 años de felicidad
Llevo más de 3 años con TappWater y los sigo eligiendo, los recomiendo al 100%.
Acabo de renovar mi suscripción cambiándome al mejor de los filtros que tienen el Chrome SMR.
El sabor y calidad del agua es incomparable, y el ahorro de agua embotellada y plástico es brutal.
Ni hablar del servicio de atención al cliente que es uno de los mejores a nivel empresas que he visto, desde ya muchas gracias gente linda!

We live in an area of hard water and…
We live in an area of hard water and have installed a water softener for washing and showers and to reduced limescale. Our drinking water tasted horrible anyway, but I was now worried about the salt content. After some research we purchased a Tappwater Pitcher Pro and I am so glad we did. Our drinking water is simply lovely and we use it fill our Sage coffee machine and for making tea, porridge and bread etc. I have only contacted Tappwater twice for advice and both times they have replied and sorted everything out very quickly for us. They are people who are passionate about their products and care about their customers.

I got the EcoPro Chrome SMR. It's a quality product. You can absolutely taste the difference, and it installs and sits easily on the tap itself. Their customer service is outstanding.
