I used Talixo for my airport transfer in Punta Cana and had a good experience overall. The booking process was simple, communication was clear, and I received updates before my journey. The driver arrived a bit late, but was friendly and professional, and got us safely to our destination.

The service made arriving in a new country much less stressful, and it was reassuring to have transport arranged in advance. The vehicle was comfortable and clean, and the journey went smoothly.

My only suggestion would be to make the airport meeting point even clearer, as the arrivals area can be quite busy. Overall, a reliable and convenient transfer service, and I would consider using Talixo again for future trips.

The driver arrived earlier than scheduled and was polite.

We had a bit of a challenge with a small group and flights being delayed and staggered arrivals to Punta Cana. When I asked for assistance I was told there was a 3 hour window to make changes or updates. This was not explained to me or is anywhere on their confirmation/communication. They wouldn't accommodate us and I was given a choice of waiting 3 hours or cancel. I had to cancel and would not be refunded.

The return transportation the vehicle was not new but the driver was kind.

Muy decepcionante. Contratamos y pagamos con más de un mes de antelación una furgoneta-taxi para 10 personas desde el aeropuerto y no se presentó nadie. Además, no atienden el teléfono ni dan explicaciones. Viajábamos con una persona con discapacidad, lo que hizo la situación aún más grave. Una falta de profesionalidad y de respeto hacia los clientes totalmente inaceptable.

Everything was perfect, great comunications from drivers since the beginning of reservation, They picked us on time and the driver was awesome, if it is possible we will like to have same driver to next reservation
