Talixo kept me well informed with everything I needed to know before my departure to Italy. Alessandro was our driver on our day of arrival. He sent me a welcoming text a few minutes after landing letting us know where he will be waiting for us at the airport. Alessandro was friendly and courteous. It’s a secure feeling when the car service is very professional and safe. Thank you Talixo.

Very disappointing airport transfer experience.

The service was arranged through Talixo. This transfer took place in Spain (Barcelona El Prat Airport) in April. We were not met at the airport as expected, which created confusion upon arrival.

When the driver (Saeed K.) arrived, the vehicle appeared to be in poor condition. During the journey, the driver was on the phone most of the time, which felt unprofessional.

More importantly, the driving felt unsafe. In central Barcelona, where the speed limit is 30 km/h, I noticed on the speedometer that the speed reached around 60 km/h.

At 01:19 AM, we were dropped off at a location that did not match the destination, despite the use of navigation. Being left with luggage late at night in an unfamiliar area was not a good experience.

Overall, this raised concerns about the consistency and quality of the service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using it.

Trying to find the driver for us, two older ladies , was difficult in Roman airport, when we connected with the driver all was good. He took our luggage and us with care to the hotel

Driver arrived early, which I was hoping for. He phoned when he arrived. Was easy to spot after I gathered my luggage. He was friendly, respectful, and professional. I would recommend and use Talixo/WB again.

The taxi was on time and cost efficient. Will definitely use again.

Once booked, talixo took care of monitoring my flights for pickup times and communicated who would pick me up, what vehicle and plate number, and where they would be.

My driver Miguel was the best. He was very cool and made sure we were okay. The van was nice and clean too.
