Drone Sales UK Anmeldelser

Extremely helpful! I can’t recommend them (nick) enough, they have helped me with parts and now repairs after I lost my drone.

Nick from Swellpro UK has been really helpfull around some issues I experienced in the beginning. Very much appreciated! Thanks Nick!

Excellent Drone
I bought the Splashdrone 4 to capture footage of me and my family whilst out on our boat. The fact its waterproof means I no longer have to worry if it goes in the water. I'll even drop it in the water to get underwater footage and then fly it right back to the boat. Excellent camera and can shoot RAW photos so I can really create some brilliant pictures. Thanks Swellpro UK

Cracked my Spry+ lens cover in a dodgy landing. Job stopped. Replacement arrived next day.
Excellent service. Thanks.

Amazing service and great products. I would certainly buy from them again.

I enquired about the fishing drone and swellpro uk were very helpful with all of my enquiries. When I finally purchased the FD1 it arrived within a couple of days and I took it out straight away. I can now cast my line out 500 metres and catch much bigger fish! I might purchase the fish finder next

The order arrived very quickly thank you very much

Returned my SD4 for a service and firmware update as was not
confident my computer was up to doing it properly
Check over in the workshop fully updated and tested very reasonable
Many thanks highly recommended thank you swell pro uk

The SD4 is a wonderful bit of kit. I purchased from Nick and the team up in Dorset and their after sales support was brilliant. I read the manual thoroughly and spent time learning to fly the drone without the camera on it. This extra time spent I believe is worth the effort. I have absolutely no problems with the drone and I have use for it in so many situations living by the sea.

The drone has never worked properly since it arrived, it literally tumbled out of the sky on its first test flight for no apparent reason. I am a very experienced drone user but I am extremely disappointed with this overpriced rubbish. Despite what the company say I have never crashed this drone, it fell from the sky on its own because it clearly has something wrong with it. Despite what they say, they have indeed billed me for a repair, they did not repair it for free, and they most certainly have not done everything they can for me. In any case, the repair has not actually been properly carried out, the camera still doesn't move and only points upwards, rendering the drone completely useless. They have refused a full refund saying it is now "second hand" despite it being defective from Day One. I will be sticking to DJI next time.

This is the first time iv dealt with this company, and may i say what a pleasure they are to be with. they are 100% committed to there customers they have helped me all the way with there service from purchasing products to now them helping with sorting my spry out. will definitely be sticking to this company and a big thank you to nick for all your help best regard mick

This drone is a waste of time, it's out of control, will not hover and will not return home! Total useless and unusable

Swellpro has a very advanced and smart range of drones. I found the people at Swellpro to be helpful and wiling to give straightforward, honest advice. Happy to recommend.

Thanks very much swellpro uk (nick )6

Excellent service. Emailed to enquire about product prior to purchase and received really good and accurate advice. Product itself arrived in really good time and well packaged. Plug was missing but again was quickly addressed upon enquiry. Product works brilliantly. It is very robust and connects easily. Also handles weight without any trouble.

What a great company to do business with. Soo helpful and full of good advice on my drone. I would use this company again . Five stars from me .

Modern, innovative and very easy to manage. There are basic positions that, if you know, only the pleasure of managing, shooting and making videos remains.
Underwater photography is a unique extra that only SWELLPRO can afford.

The SwellPro Spry+ is my first non-DJI drone and I had some questions about operation and options that I couldn't find answers to on forums or any video channel. I rang SwellPro UK and got straightforward, comprehensive answers to my questions. I wasn't pressured into any purchase but felt confident with the responses I got, plus attention to detail such as providing the charger with a UK-fused plug, that I proceeded to order the Spry+ from SwellPro UK the same day. It arrived at the notified time slot and, so far, after a few test flights, everything seems to work very well. I'd highly recommend SwellPro UK for their attention to detail, non-pressured advice, and understanding of getting the little things right. I'm not associated with the company but appreciate their good service.
