I bought the S14HD LA (670) Anti-Ram Lift Assisted Telescopic Bollard - Insurance Approved. Looks sturdy, well made and beautiful. Richard and his team came to install it, within the timeline promised. The installation was quick, efficient and clean. Richard is a very detailed person. Highly professional, courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Richard was excellent at keeping me informed about delivery and installation. I received an excellent service and a great installation. The installation man worked super hard to ensure my new bollards were fitted and looking superb.

He was polite and very fastidious about cleaning up and finishing with a really good job, I couldn't have asked for anyone better about taking care of my property and ensuring the job was done thoroughly.

Excellent service all round and I will highly recommend.

Bollard Security totally let me down they stated that they would fix an issue with a bollard they had fitted on 4 occasions. They left me waiting and failed to turn up and on the final day would not answer my calls and failed to give me an excuse for their poor custmer service. I fortunately got another company to fix the issue.

Richard installed two bollards today, and it was excellent work. Job was not easy as he had to deal with metallic reinforcement in the concrete, yet he did the job precisely, tidy, and on time. Five stars!

I came across Bollard Security while searching online after being turned down by several gate suppliers due to the design of my driveway. Communication was excellent from the start, with quick responses via email, phone, and WhatsApp. Richard, who owns the company, was very knowledgeable, informative, and happy to answer all of my questions.

On the day of the installation, the team fitted three Warrior Rise bollards. From digging the holes to connecting the electrical supply, everything was carried out efficiently, professionally, and with great attention to cleanliness. The bollards themselves are extremely solid and have already attracted positive comments from people passing by.

The installation team were friendly, hardworking, and completed the entire job in just one day. They also went the extra mile by carefully lifting the block paving, removing weeds from the roots, and laying concrete and gravel in one area of the driveway to ensure everything looked neat and tidy once finished.

I would highly recommend Bollard Security for anyone looking for reliable driveway security, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free experience.

I originally posted this review after experiencing mechanical issues with two S14 HD 670 Lift Assisted Telescopic Bollards, along with delays and poor communication when trying to arrange a repair.

Since posting the review, Bollard Security has contacted me, attended the property and carried out the necessary work to fix the issue. The bollards are now operating properly, and I appreciate that the company took responsibility and resolved the matter.

Although the initial delay and lack of communication were frustrating, I believe it is only fair to update my review now that the problem has been addressed. I am satisfied with the eventual outcome and grateful to the team for putting things right.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Installed within 4 days of making contact, fair price and quality of work was even better than I expected. Really neat job and smart looking bollards. I’m embarrassed to say that I love my new bollards. Must be a middle age man thing!

Very friendly, very helpful. The bollards are very good quality, we had 2 installed across a 5 metre driveway. The guys all work directly for the company and were very nice. Neat and tidy, took all the spoil away and you wouldn’t have known they were there. Pricing was clear, though not the cheapest option, defo worth it. No deposit unlike others who wanted 70% deposit etc. Would definitely recommend

After having my car stolen, bit embarrassing as a police officer, decided we needed to strengthen our prevention. Richard was more than helpful offering advice and support we order two manual bollards, that Richard upgraded to assisted.
The guys turned up early, were super friendly, clearly very experienced, and did the most amazing job, finish is fantastic, bollards are easy to use, and think I shall have my first good nights sleep for a couple of weeks.

We have had a wonderful experience with this company - they were so helpful and responded very quickly to our needs. The resulting work was top class and the fitters were both really courteous and efficient. A couple of years on, our story remains the same - all systems are in place for customers to leave messages about their needs (eg replacement keys) and response time was impressive - we have dealt with Richard before and he never fails to impress with a very personalised approach - friendly, honest and a delight to deal with! The team at Bollard Security were incredible in turning around our bollard installation quicker than anticipated. Prices were more than fair, and the team went the extra mile for us to ensure the bollards were fitted correctly as we have a full gravel driveway.
