Drone Sales UK are a great company to work with.
Following a crash with my drone, they initially inspected it to confirm the damage and quoted for the repair.
Their report was very detailed and included photographs of the affected internal parts, with a breakdown of the cost for the repair, which was very reasonable.
Communication from both Miranda and the technician carrying out the repair were fantastic, giving total clarity through the job.
I will highly recommend them to all fellow drone users, they are a very professional, yet friendly company to work with.

Lots of information and a great company

Absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I sent my drone in for repair after crashing it, and once again they went above and beyond.

The whole process was incredibly quick, communication was excellent throughout, and I always knew what was happening with the repair. Nothing ever seems too much trouble and the level of care and customer service is genuinely first class.

They consistently go beyond 100% to help, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing a drone repaired.

As am located at the far end ( Mauritius Island ), the communication between Vaspba through Mr Spence and Miranda was remarkable either on whatsapp or email.I was updated at all times on the evolution of my drone repair. Customer Service remarkable. Price is reasonable. Delivery service very good. I would highly recommend VASPBA Remote Piloted System company to anyone who wish to repair there drone there at.
