Hi Kim, thank you for your feedback, but just so you know that we are not the manufacturer, we are just a shop in UK and since Brexit it is hard to ship to EU, please may I say it is beyond our control and if this is your reason for dropping my review by 2 stars that maybe you can adjust the stars please? Of course if there are other issues then I can address them to. Which ever way I am grateful for your order and review, thank you

Hi Edward, thank you for your review, I do tend to agree with you, however it is very difficult to have a simplified delivery cost as every single item is a different size and weight, so we have just a few standard options. Delivery costs from the couriers are always rising and along with fuel costs these are going quite high at the moment. If you need to order in the future please send me a message and I will give a more accurate charge. Kind regards, Nicholas

Splashdrone 3+ check and repair
I needed my Splashdrone 3+ looking at quickly as the camera gimballing had seized apparently due to salts that had built up. Quickly as I needed it to take abroad for some filming at sea. Nicholas was able to do the necessary checks and free it the same day as it was received at Swellpro. First class service and communications.
