Faulty goods
Today I received 3 cat bags. They were quite expensive for the quality. One is faulty. I've tried to email the company but I keep getting rejected. The bag should say " just a girl who loves cats". This one says " just a gipl loves cats. The girl is wrong and the who is missing. I wanted to return the faulty one but I am not sure how If I can't get through to the company. It makes me feel annoyed as this is the second time I've been let down. There definitely won't be a third.

I ordered a vintage style top from Susan Julie. I pondered over it for week. Eventually took the plunge. How dissapointed am I. The picture made it look like a very delicate floral with soft frills on the sleeves in a lovely beige/cream colour. When I recieved it I found it was a printed pattern and grey. Nothing at all like the photograph on the website. I wasted my money

The photos of blouses/shirts appear (intentionally or not) to be woven or vintage cotton type fabric. But what was received had a printed design made to "look like" a woven design.
Id suggest making it clear the designs are printed on quite a thick poorly draping fabric

Ordered our items for my holiday that…
Ordered four items for my holiday that looked amazing. They didn’t arrive in time, I asked if the order could be cancelled as I hadn’t received it, the answer was no as it had been dispatched. It arrived during my holiday which was too late so I again emailed for return and refund details. I again emailed, they wanted photos of the items but sent me a photo of my the items in my order, I replied that I wanted to return the items as not only were they too late but they looked absolutely nothing like the items I’d ordered, they asked if I wanted to reorder items at no extra charge and wouldn’t need to return the order I’d been sent. My answer was no, I still want a refund, I have heard nothing back and my £105 has not been refunded yet.

Absolutely shocking. The item i received was nothing like the picture on facebook or their website. The colours were completely different, the design was printed onto the fabric. The good thing is they gave me a full refund. They also suggested i pass the item to a friend if i didn't like it, i said i wouldn't insult a friend. Made a great cloth to wash the car. Anyone considering buying from them should read the article from the bbc with the title is-this-the-worst-what-i-ordered-vs-what-i-got-ever

Disappointing
The blouse itself fits ok but I’m so disappointed that it’s not the colour as expected and I did expect a thicker material. It looks so nice in the picture but sadly I’m disappointed it doesn’t look the same. I will keep it but only because based on other reviews the return and refund process isn’t easy.

I had a problem with a delivery, got in touch with customer service and they emailed me back the next, and the problem was solved within a couple of days. Very good company and very satisfied with the goods. Will certainly shop with them again lovely clothes and good quality.

Gave 1 star as no option for no stars
Items received. Not as images on website and poor quality, and not in materials as advertised.
Looking to return for refund.
On website, address advertised for returns is in UK however, when you contact the Company they advise that items must go back to China. Customer service don't understand or appreciate the issue - suspect I'm talking to AI system.
I have been offered increasing amounts of discount to keep the clothes, sadly they are not acceptable at any cost.
I feel that I have been scammed and defrauded by Susan-Julie.
AVOID.
Sadly, there has been nothing constructive about my interactions with this Company.

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. Items not as described on their website. Extremely poor quality and were nothing more than a print on some cheap looking material. The Facebook reviews are not legitimate reviews as there is absolutely no way that people can class these items as they have. I attempted to send the items back but the cost was £28.90 as they needed to be returned to China. Absolutely disgraceful Company advertising items that are by no means fit for purpose.

Items received are absolute rubbish and in no way resemble the photos advertised. Material is cheap and tacky and I wouldn't even wear it to decorate in! Nylon printed rubbish - awaiting refund information but won't hold my breath going on what others have stated about customer service.

Cheap and nasty
The item I received was nothing like the item I ordered . It was a different material that had a woven print on it unlike the pic in the ad. I put a review on their FB which was removed with the two photos of items .
