Got in touch with them now about ten messages first asking for address to return as it came jan2 nd and was a dishcloth in disguise not a jumper at all . Now they offering part refund that was days ago,no money sent .i would not wear this or no one I know it’s disgusting rubbish . They should be imprisoned for fraudulent activity .why add London to their name for a start, then send rubbish not like the photos or descriptions. I will share all on social media and hope they struck off these sites Igot mine off Facebook. 34.95 down.

Late unhappy customere with product pictures…
LoLate arriving not true to pictures quietly is bad no lables with what materials made of and made from what contry.. Certainly not worth £40 and thats 50%off recommended price will not buy or recommend this shop. To return and get a refund have to pay shipping costs to Asia all in all not good wish i had read more reviews. Pictures look like wool in pictures but synthetic material not any good discription not nice. . Lesson learnt the hard way

I wish I had read the reviews before buying from this company. I recently ordered a dress and a blouse and the pictures on their website of the garments are absolutely stunning. However in reality the material on both garments are a cheap, thick heavy industrial type material, and seeing as both garments were intended for a up coming cruise for warmer weather they are certainly not summery or fit for purpose. The patterns do not resemble the pictures, the patterns look cheap, printed on, the colours differ and not in a good way. To be honest i am so disappointed in both garments I have not tried them on as I am unlikely to ever wear them. So be warned and lesson learnt do your research. I would have liked to return them but looking at other comments its not worth the hassle. I am considering reporting this company to Trading Standards as I feel as though I have been scammed due to false advertising. The pictures/videos advertising the garments differ so much to what arrived.

If I could give 0 I would. Scam ! I got taken big time. Looking at their clothes, beautiful I thought. I bought 3 tops and a sweater coming to £87, money i would not normally spend out but I was so taken in. The items arrived and I was shocked they looked so little like the photos. Cheap material, flimsy. Trying the tops on, they were so LONG!. Looked ridiculous. The sweater had different colour to what I saw. All, (and this is their smallest size!!) HUGE on me! Nothing looked exactly as the photos. I asked for my money back and a prepaid return label so I could send them back. And THIS is the shocker! Their policy, well hidden , is no paid refunds . The buyer has to pay postage for anything that is sent to them, no matter what is wrong with the product. The buyer must pay the postage to China. I went to the P.O. and had it weighed for postage. £28 to post back! And, being unscrupulous, I wondered if they would even say they got them back. They offered me 25% of the value refund. I was so angry, they upped it to 30. 5% . I thought something is better than nothing. I was refunded £30. In all, I lost £57. As for the clothes, I couldn't even give them to a charity shop. They were no more than tat. I threw them in the garbage bin. Beware of this unscrupulous Chinese company. Avoid and look after your money

There are bits of the pattern missing all over it.We would be embarrassed to send it to a charity shop as no one would buy it. Things aren't right sizes.however they told me to keep item and sent me right size without extra cost .the trousers they argued about as was meant to be x large but would fit a child.

Gorgeous tops
Gorgeous tops. Easy to order, great customer service when I asked a question about delivery. Lost one start as it was ages for delivery, felt like ages but was probably less than 3 wks from placing order. Tops are true to the colour in the pictures and the material isn’t cheap and nasty like some other sites items. I’m a 12 and the medium was comfortable on me.
